Brandon did an awesome job replacing our garbage disposal. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a line he removed that was full of gunk and made a recommendation to check the rest of the lines in the house using a camera. We appreciated the suggestion and scheduled the camera check with Brandon for the next day. We highly recommend Brandon and Carl’s Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

Carl’s Air Conditioning & Plumbing exceeded our expectations. Bill, our technician, was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything step by step so we felt informed throughout the entire process. Not only did he do a great job, but he also left the work area cleaner than when he started. Jason did a good job explaining why my AC was not working. Gave us several options to fix or replace. We opted for new system. Scheduled install for same day.
Install was conducted by Juan. He showed up on time and was friendly and professional. Completed install and clean up in about five hours. Did a great job.

My air conditioner and furnace were both so loud I could not watch TV. Made me crazy. Bill diagnosed the problem as not enough return air flowing. The returns were in a small hallway. Juan and Sebastian showed up totally prepared with the proper equipment and supplies. They located the best spot for the added return, got the hole cut and the new line and vent installed in no time. They cleaned up and took everything out. They changed the filters in my other returns. When they started up the system it is quiet as a whisper. I am so delighted. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you all.

Have been using Carl’s for repairs for several years and have received great service. My old A/C unit finally gave out a couple of days ago. Called Carl’s for service and got the bad news that my compressor was gone and couldn’t be replaced because it was an old R22 type refrigerant. I knew this day would come! I also knew I wasn’t going to shop around getting different bids as I wouldn’t get any better service from another company. I was able to have the units completely replaced the same day. They did such a great and professional job, left the garage spotless and explained how my new equipment works. The installation looks so much better than the previous one did, they really care about their work product. They may not be the cheapest A/C contractor in the LV area, but they are the best, well trained technicians and high-end equipment. Give them a call, they will NOT disappoint!

Ruley was awesome. He thoroughly went over everything with me, presented all my options clearly and answered all my questions. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. My friend was right to refer me to Carl's!!

Juston's been here before we like him we give him five stars he's punctual friendly informative he found two problems with our six-year-old Bryant heating system they are normal wear and tear items but if the homeowner isn't aware they can create bigger problems down the line which is the reason we like Carl’s so much we came the long way around to Carl’s after arriving here from the Midwest seven years ago but we're going to stay with them we recommend them to everyone.

He took his time to make sure I understood every single detail regarding the repair vs replacement process and actually made it to where I understood fully. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Brandon has been. From the moment he stepped out of his truck, he has been going above and beyond! I see him working to make up for a bad experience I had with a different plumber. If you see Brandon come to your call ..you can relax and know you are in good hands.

We had our hot water tank leak tonight and within 40 minutes, their plumber, Brandon, was at our house getting a new rank installed and ready for us. He did an absolutely fantastic job and walked us through the whole process. Brandon is top notch and made an unfortunate situation simple and easy for us.

Jason was great, very honest and he showed me live in person what he was seeing while explaining everything very detailed and easy for us to understand. He also provided several options and went over pros/cons for each option. Glad we reached out to Carl's!

Called them yesterday cause my ac unit was cold but air blower motor wasn't turning on. Tech "diagnosed" the problem but tried twice to move forward toward me spending $15,000 for a new unit instead. After reminding him that this was a repair call, he shared that the control board wasn't sending power to the motor, so he gave me a verbal estimate for both the board and the motor to the tune of $3100. I'm glad my front door cameras captured all of this. This visit left a bitter taste with me. In spite of all of the good reviews, I wouldn't hire these folks to clean my toilet. In the mean time I will keep looking.

I’m a regular customer of Carls for a couple properties within my family. They are always quick to send out technician. Informative, thorough and never hard sales tactics. Honesty and reliable service. I feel very confident anytime they come out.

Jason came out for a check as my units are up there in age. He went over all my options, discussed different replacement units and different warranties. He was a great communicator. If I decide to do an update, I’ll definitely give him a call to discuss further.

Bill knew exactly what he was doing and helped me reset my Sensi to the new network name. He was so friendly and personable and really did reduce the stress level. I was under trying to figure it out. He is a awesome technician.
