Chris Wilson was absolutely amazing. Very nice incredibly helpful definitely took his time to make sure that our system is running properly. Definitely went above and beyond to inform us on ways to keep my family comfortable in my home.

Scheduled the pre-paid plumbing inspection with Ambient. Rick C. was my technician. He went over what he would be doing, determined if there were any issues that needed to be resolved & covered an issue that I was having as well. The inspection also covered a water heater flush. After Rick completwd the inspections, he went over the items needing repair/replacement with me & showed me pricing & options for me if I wanted to make payments. He was knowledgeable, very informative & helpful explaining everything to me. This is definitely a great service included in their VIP membership services.

The service was very good. Scheduled quick. Service was very professional and Harlan explained everything. He suggested I get my vents cleaned and the people that clean the vents were calling me the next day to schedule. They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even there. The guy that came to do my AC startup was also very nice and professional. That’s when I signed up for their VIP service. Now I have a new HVAC system that I don’t have to worry about.

I had a issue with part of my install. Louie was the service guy. He was absolutely outstanding, he did his best to fix it but he failed. I won't mention what part is faulty. I will say that it was a add-on. Ambient Edge and all of their employees treated me like a king. Thank you

First, the response time was excellent. Ou technician Christopher arrived as expected. He introduced himself immediately to my wife and I. We told him the issues that we were experiencing and he emeaditly got to work. During his time here he always kept us informed as to the progress of the work. After completing the repairs he advised of the problem and advised what was done to repair it. Chris should be commended for his superior work ethics. Also he his a very polite and courteous professional. Both my wife and wish there was more people like him.

I love my new ducts, rooftop unit and thermostat! The air quality in the house improved instantly. Great to finally be able to set different temperatures throughout the day. Chris, Connor & Travis did a wonderful job; it was very fast and well organized. They also cleaned up well. Would recommend and will be currently regularly utilizing their services for maintenance.

We had a soft water/Reverse Osmosis system sold and installed by Louis from Ambient Edge in Kingman, Arizona. Louis is an excellent sales representative and was also the one who installed the units. So it was nice not to have the sale handed off. Louis took his time with his presentation, made sure my mom understood and was kind to our family pooches. I am grateful for Louis and his professionalism, knowledge of his product and patience when training. Louis was accompanied by Anthony on the day of the installation. Louis’s follow through and attention to detail is someone you want to come into your home for an important installation such as a water softer/RO system. So thank you gentlemen for taking the time to assure the units were installed and working appropriately. And thank you Louis for being on time and for your humble spirit.

Scott and Jose came promptly to fix our plumbing issues. Very personal and explained everything very well. Maui was here the day before to diagnose the problem and did a wonderful job also. He also explained everything to both my husband and myself. Such a great group of plumbers! They deserve a kudos and a bonus!

I have used Carl's heating and air conditioning for many years and have been happy with them as I have always found their technicians cared about their work and did excellent work. I recently used their fairly new plumbing division and had an issue that was taken care of immediately upon learning, and they resolved the issue very well. I believe they care about their customer service and try their best to make the customer happy.

Juston was fantastic! He listened to me and did a thorough diagnostic to find out what was wrong. He was very patient and explained what needed to be done and why. He also offered some maintenance things that should be done soon, but was not pushy about it. Very professional and my AC is running like a dream! I couldn't be happier.

Brandon was fantastic! Checked everything and made sure all was working well. Even drained our hot water heater. We would not hesitate to call on him again in the future.

Maui came out for a check up and water heater flush. Checked all the systems and had no reason to sell anything but perform the service. Very friendly and easy setting up a time and service over the phone with Rebecca and will use this company again in the future.

Needed a 911 sewer clean. Scott and Nally came right out across town and took care of business. They had great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with, even at 10 pm. Thanks for the help.

Riley with Carl’s Air was very professional and courteous. Arrived on time. Explained what was wrong with the HVAC unit. Replaced the capacitor which was under warranty. Super satisfied. Based on the timely service, going to extend my annual membership.

Linda came to do the inspection for our new HVAC system installed by Carl’s. In addition to completing the inspection and providing the warranty information to us, she was able to resolve an issue with a rattle in the electical box. We appreciate the kindness and the professionalism that all of the Carl’s employees have shown us.
