Jason Did an awesome job? He came in here quickly. He checked our air ducts that we had installed by carls Air conditioning he said those were perfect, he also checked the air conditioning unit and he said it was perfect. He said he will be back to see us in 3 months to do another check up. Thank you, Carl's air conditioning for sending somebody so caring like Jason.

Jason, the technician from Carl's, was on time and was very helpful and informative when explaining the problem with our system and the options for repair. We've been using Carl's AC for almost 20 years and have always had great service from them.

Carl’s was the right company to contact when my blower went out on my heater due to my unit being so old. I had to decide to get a new one. Jason came out and went over the cost and the installation and the next thing I knew the team was here installing my new unit. The guys were terrific, very professional. I love family owned companies because they do a terrific job and they don’t overcharge you.

Jason took care of our air conditioning needs today and I couldn't be happier with his customer service. Very articulate in explaining what we needed and did the repair in a timely manner. Represented himself and his company easily at a 5 star level.

I shared a review yesterday about a hot water heater replacement and what I said about the technician was true - he was a really great guy , but after he left the hot water still wasn’t working … they sent another tech out the following day and he said the pilot light wasn’t on and that someone must have messed with it - I told him it was left exactly the way it was the prior day …. He got it going and then realized the on/ off valve wasn’t opened all the way and it was going to have to be redirected - it was going to cost me more money ! I got upset so he did the job anyway , but said to me “ I didn’t realize you were so worried about money “ he further said that they gave me a great deal and sometimes you have to compromise?????? The great deal they gave me was a senior citizen discount ! This was very unprofessional , disrespectful, and upsetting to me …. I talked to the manager and he was very nice and understanding , but the damage is already done… I will never use them again

Awesome experience with Maui, he went ahead and assessed the problem we had with our water heater super fast and gave us some insight fully knowledge on what to do next, while also lighting the pilot for us. He was super fun and conversational, will definitely call them again!

Carls got the job done in a very timely manner, even letting us borrow 2 space heaters to keep us comfortable at night until the job was completed. They were very professional and even sent a more than competent dry wall EXPERT to correct the very few goofs the install guys made, I would highly recommend this crew. I don't usually say this but I was more than satisfied.

I’ve used Carl’s for the past three years for spring inspection and as part of an extended warranty and have been very satisfied with their service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Never a problem getting an appointment.

Jason did a spectacular job evaluating my air conditioner. Professional, clean, very knowledgeable and right on with diagnosing the issues that had been brought up by a home inspector. Would highly recommend.

We have used Carl's for a couple of summers now and we love them. Our tech is Juston Lobo and he's always professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are good to go for the summer! The first time we used Carl's was when our A/C went out and Juston was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. And we haven't had any issues since. 10/10 recommended Juston!

Aug 2024 - Great experience. They were able to get to our house, diagnose the problem, and repair it quickly. Rob, the technician, was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I will not hesitate to call them again!

Carl's Air came out to check why my air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold. After inspecting the unit on the roof and taking temperature readings inside, Juston went the extra mile. He thoroughly checked the thermostats and discovered a bad wire. He made the necessary adjustments, and thanks to his attention to detail and dedication, he probably saved me a ton of money by addressing the issue during a thorough service call.

Have used them for A/C and plumbing and each time they have done a good job. The techs they send have all been knowledgeable and are professional.
Maui was very helpful in letting me know what was emergency, have to repair now and what could wait. They also helped me with financing. This is the best service I have ever had from any company that has ever come to my house.
Scott just finished the install of the emergency disconnect and brought my water heater up to code and did an awesome job. I forgot to get the name of the plumber that did the sewer repair but I want to say he did a awesome job also and the 2 laborers that dug up the sewer line were very quick and kept the area tidy.
This company hires great people.

I called Carl's because I remembered a friend told me about them a long time ago.
I called at 7:30 am cause there 24/7 and they showed up at the house at 830 am checked our air unit and had it replaced and running great at 3 pm that day. The guys that installed it are great . They even took the time to put the drain line so it dripped in the grass instead of the cement. And they replaced all the lines . Brought it up to code.

I highly recommend Carl’s Air Conditioning! My technician, Jason Lobo, was professional and very efficient. He even came all the way back to my house because of a “user’s mistake” and was so gracious about coming back over for something I was mistaken about and went above and beyond by explaining how the whole system works. That showed not only patience, but integrity because he could have used that moment to sale me something I didn’t need, and let’s be honest, that is something we all fear when calling an AC company to come out. Jason is an outstanding technician. Upon arrival to my home, Jason requested I be present while inspecting my A/C unit. Once he found the problem, he gave us some options. He proceeded to follow our preferred option, repaired the unit in a timely manner, and now the unit works fine.

We had Linda out to look at our A/C units as well as repair our ducts system! She is super knowledgeable and really took her time explaining the work she would be doing! There has a been a lot of turnover at Carls since the grandson took over the family business but thrilled to see someone like Linda who still embodies what true customer service looks like.

Hemal from Carl's Air Conditioning is an excellent technician. Today he came to my home for a maintenance service call and he found the equivalent of an eagles nest amount of "stuff" in my air conditioning compressor. Hemal cleaned and washed my air conditioning compressor in very little time in 100° plus heat! Service with a smile! Amazing!
