We needed a second opinion on a problem with our heat pump, so we contacted a local heater repair company in Henderson. Dale came out for the service call, explained the issue clearly, and answered all our questions politely. The company quickly got the parts needed to fix our heater. Then Leonard arrived to handle the repairs. He was very professional, kept us updated on what he was doing, and was also extremely friendly. Leonard was especially patient and kind with our autistic grandson, who was curious about the repair process. We are very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone needing heater repair in Henderson.

our ac unit was first installed by another company a while back, but we started having trouble after they didn’t replace the air filter, which messed up the evaporator coil. their tech tried to fix it, but it wasn’t cleaned well and they wanted to charge a lot just to come do it again. so, i ended up doing the cleaning myself for a while, but recently realized our ac needed more refrigerant to keep up with the hot weather. i called miller & sons hvac llc early in the morning and got a quick call back. dale came out the same day, cleaned the evaporator coil really well, and added some coolant for a fair price. the communication was clear, customer service was great, and now our house feels cool and comfortable even with the nevada heat outside. we plan to call them again later in the year for a maintenance check. they always show up on time, are honest, and know what they’re doing. highly recommend their ac repair services.

I am truly thankful for Miller & Sons HVAC LLC! My furnace stopped working out of nowhere, and they came to the rescue quickly. Zachary arrived at my house in Henderson within just a couple of hours after I called. I appreciated how honest and professional he was throughout the whole process. zachary and dale did a fantastic job with my furnace repair, tune-up, and thermostat installation. i don’t usually leave reviews, but this company truly deserves recognition for their great service. over time, i’ve had them handle my furnace replacement, regular tune-ups, air duct cleaning, and smart thermostat setup, and i’ve been happy with every visit. i’m usually not loyal to any business unless they really impress me, and this team definitely has. every person i’ve interacted with—whether it’s the technicians, the office staff, or anyone else—has been professional, honest, punctual, and clear when explaining the repairs and maintenance. i’ll keep using their services here in henderson and highly recommend them to anyone needing furnace work done.

Derek Owens,,was amazing, Johnny on the spot, 5 stars, very nice,very helpful, explained everything as he went, gave his 5 star service and was able to complete the task, saved us from roasting, wish all on call services could be like that. Blaine did an amazing job installing my water heater. He was very quick an efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Jay and Marcus were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The quality of the technicians and the rest of the staff are why I stick with Ambient Edge. Dawson and Rafael have also done great work on previous visits, as has Jay. I highly recommend the $19/month VIP membership. It has worked out very well so far, and it has been well worth the money.

Very happy! We called for a water hammer issue and weak water pressure in the shower. While here they found a leak in the sewer pipe coming from the toilet. They fixed all the issues on the same day we called. Stephen was wonderful and explained everything they did with pictures and videos. We couldn’t be happier.

Chris Wilson was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in detail and was very efficient with his service. He came back within two hours to put something on the machine that we bought from him. He is a wonderful wonderful guy.

Water heater replacement. Our plumber Blaine Ogier was exceptional. Helped us thru the warranty process with the faulty water heater, picked up a new one and removed and replaced with the new unit.
Blaine is professional, courteous, knowledgeable about his trade and a pleasure to work with. Takes the time to explain the process and works to complete the job to our satisfaction.

Our hvac system went on the fritz. Technician Jason who came and checked and generally quoted a replacement cost made me want to cry. Jason was very thorough and professional. He checked all components and mentioned it was best to replace whole unit rather than repair. Was very sympathetic to our concerns. This was only a service call which was at no cost to us to be told our 15 year old unit was not feasible to repair for the cost.

Ambient Edge is a remarkable company. Every employee I’ve dealt with is great. Jacob Vazquez just left after helping me set up the Honeywell thermostat app on my phone. Nicest guy in the world. No charge, Ambient installed my new HVAC two weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier.
