I cannot say enough positive things about the service that we received from Justin who was our A/C Tech. He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable.
He got right to work and was very thorough and prepared with all the filters and a part needed to fix a problem with one of our A/C units.

My service tech Justin was so wonderful to work with. He was on time, respectful of our property and was very knowledgeable. He performed the inspection of our HVAC system and acknowledged our concerns. After a thorough inspection he explained the results. He was so pleasant. Cleaned up after himself. We would highly recommend the Cooling Company and especially Justin.

Justin diagnosed the burnt and shorting blower motor wire quickly. He repaired and tested all systems to make sure everything was working perfect. So good to see a young man have such a pleasant, positive, and professional attitude.

The Cooling Company is a breath of fresh air, they were honest, diligent, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they have a local company type of vibe.
I feel like they actually cared to take time to diagnose our AC system and present options rather than try to push us solely into spending the most money.

Just had routine heating system maintenance done on a rental property and the tenants went out of their way to say how nice the technician, Edgar, was during the visit. They said he was personable and efficient. He also called me after the service to tell me about the maintenance and I have to agree he is thorough and friendly. I can't say enough good things about TCC and their staff --- top notch!

They arrived on time, they communicated with me the problems in detail and with pictures, which I liked. They’re great don’t hesitate to call them for you cooling, heating, and plumbing needs!

So far we've had this company put up a new AC/heating unit on our house. They cleaned all the vents and gave us a super great price. These guys are super professional. Definitely a satisfied customer. These will be my go to guys from here out.

The service itself was fine. The technician was great.

However I asked for a quote for an 18000BTU mini split to be installed in my garage.

I am in the trades and know enough to know a ballpark price of what this should cost.

I’m not sure if it’s because we live in a very nice house in a nice area, but we were quoted an outrageous amount of money.

I immediately called my other Hvac company that I have used in the past, and received a quote that was 1/2 the price on an apples to apples quote.

Definitely get a second option!

The rest of The Cooling Company team have been great too. Everyone has been very professional in every way. I have worked with other HVAC companies in the past and I must say The Cooling Company is by far the best in the Henderson/Las Vegas area.

The tech, Edgar Sandoval, is an easy 10 stars. Professional and knowledgable. He made sure I understood everything and provided pictures. Since he reflects the company...5 Stars for the company.

My A/C stopped working few days ago, and I was fumbling around searching for AC companies. The unit fan outside was spinning but there was no air coming out inside my home and my dog was panting like crazy from the heat. I came across The Cooling Company from all the searches. The moment I called, a very nice lady named Norma answered and was able to book me a tech within the few hours. Service Tech Edgar inspected my unit and went straight to the source after explaining what is happening. I was a little disappointed and taken aback that the system finally gave out and repairing it would only be temporary. Ray stepped in and provided me some options on the current situation. He is very informative, knowledgeable, caring, and right to the point with no pressure. The next day, I got my new A/C unit and the professional techs did an amazing job. Customer service is definitely superb. Thank you Ray and The Cooling Company team for such wonderful service!

I called about my old ac unit turning off, they made an appointment quickly. Justin Chavez arrived, very friendly, explained the visit fee, didn't seem bothered that I observed his work, we talked about the details of the issue. He opened it up and found it was a very simple screw loose. Didn't try to upsell anything (I had another company three years come out on the issue and said I needed a new unit), suggested a maintenance package, but no hard sell. Couldn't recommend Justin more, he was great!
