My Air Conditioner quit working on a 107 degree day. I called Archer Air Conditioning & Heating for help. From the initial Phone call to the 1 hour response time everything was very Professional and perfect. Mike Macneice was the responding Tech. He was very knowledgeable and quickly made the diagnosis. The issue was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Archer Air.

Unreliable and Unprofessional

I scheduled an urgent AC repair for my rental property during a major heat wave. Archer Air promised an appointment between noon and 1 PM the next day. I coordinated with my tenants, who rearranged their schedules to be there due to the importance of getting the AC fixed quickly.

The technician never showed. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, the dispatcher finally called to say they were “too busy” and couldn’t make it. They offered to come the following day, but by then the damage was done—my tenants were left without AC, frustrated, and had wasted their time waiting.

This was a huge inconvenience and completely avoidable if they had simply communicated earlier. In my experience, Archer Air is unreliable, makes commitments they can’t keep, and provides poor customer service. I will not be using them again.

Mike was very professional & courteous performing the maintenance on my a/c unit. He & his partner cleaned my unit of debris which he showed me pics of the before & after. I feel the difference in the airflow & temp. Thanks so much!

We recently faced that one moment everyone in Las Vegas fears- the end of life for their original rooftop units on the hottest day of the year! It was B-R-U-T-A-L for us and two kids and two dogs, but Archer Air swooped in and saved the day. Joel was super responsive, Archie was a great communicator, and together they had us back up and running in 3-5 days!! They really know what they are doing and followed back up on open issues expeditiously. Their team was great, and the job site was left clean.

I'll never take A/C for granted again, but the one thing I could not get over was the wide discrepancy in pricing across the multiple estimates I received. It is seriously highway robbery that other local (big name) companies wanted almost 50-60% more than what I scored with Archer Air. Plus, the new units are more efficient, our house is cooler and quieter and we know it will reflect in our energy bills over time as well. Thanks guys- for being honest, reliable and great to do business with!

Excellent service - Mike arrived when they said he would & diagnosed the problem quickly without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Great explanation of the issue & he ensured it was working properly after replacing the bad part. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues. Highly recommend.

My not even 2 yr old unit stopped working and a tech came out right away. Things are still under warranty and after doing the needed diagnostics we are back on and working with no problems. Loved the quick and efficient service!

Was having trouble with my furnace and couldn’t get any heat the first time I turned it on this winter. Called archer around noon and they had somebody come out to my house about 430 and had it running within an hour. Very reasonable price and great customer service. Nathan did a great job.

Archer air always does the best work. Mike and all the guys are great. Everything was explained and all my questions answered . They replaced my duct work and left my house clean. Last year they installed my new ac, and my utility bills are much lower. Highly recommend.

Archer air has been very responsive to come check the system they installed for us 6 months ago. Both times they were able to make time the same day for a technician to diagnose the system. We figured out the issue was a circuit breaker so they called an electrician to help fix the issue. Both the diagnosis and electrical work were very reasonable.

Justin was super nice, almost excited to help me out. I just wanted to have the AC checked before the heat gets too bad. He didn't try to sell me on anything but a routine inspection which I am actually still considering due to my positive interaction with Justin! Usually I feel like I need to keep my guard up for the usual "we need to replace everything" routine when it's just a bad capacitor. Thank you Justin there may just be hope for this world after all.
