Jordan is communicative and responsive, trustworthy and thorough. He takes time to explain the “why” before proceeding with necessary AC repairs. We have had him out to replace blown capacitors, installation of a high tech remote monitoring system and for preventive maintenance over the past few years. He even came by on the 4th of July when our capacitor needed replaced during a 110 degree day. We now have a subscription for preventive maintenance and monitoring remotely that helps ensure he has the parts needed for our specific system before he even leaves the shop. We were having issues with our smart thermostat even after replacing it. Jordan came out and found the problem to be a communication relay, but in finding this root cause, he wasn’t satisfied with my “functional but not pretty” DIY wiring and backing plate installation job on the ecobee thermostat….he took the extra five minutes and made it right. “Good enough”isn’t in his vocabulary, he shoots for excellence. We feel safer knowing now that the monitor system he installed alerts him and us via WiFi and an app to potential problems before our AC becomes totally unserviceable. Glad we found Jordan and will continue to recommend him.

When my AC unit was broken, they came out the next morning to diagnose the issue. After determining that a new unit was needed, they replaced it and did an amazing job. I will definitely consider them for any future air conditioning repair needs in town.

Very satisifed with Archer. We have them come out each spring to do our annual inspection and any repairs necessary. Fingers crossed we won’t need to replace the AC units anytime soon but if they do need to be replaced we’ll use Archer

I detected a decrease in efficiency with our AC on Tuesday and initially contacted our home warranty company who had someone out Wednesday morning. That afternoon I found out that our repair was not covered so set out to see if I could get a couple of comparison quotes. Archer Air had previously done work at my husband's place of business, as well as the owner's home, so we called them. They had someone out late Wednesday afternoon, a quote to me that evening, and even responded to my follow up questions THAT NIGHT! Archer Air was able to schedule our install for Friday at noon. Joel arrived early and had us blowing cold air just under 2 1/2 hours! I am so grateful for all of their quick responses, reasonable pricing, and personable service! Enduring 110+ degree temps in Las Vegas are NOT fun when you have no AC. I would recommend Archer Air over and over again and while I hope that I won't need their services for a LONG time, I will definitely call them the next time I have a HVAC issue!!
