Communication over the phone for scheduling purposes was easy. Edgar and Jad came out for routine maintenance and seemed polite, kind, and non-judgemental. They were very willing to answer questions and it felt like they genuinely wanted to do a good job and leave with a satisfied customer.

Been with the Cooling Company coming up on 8 years now both for my commercial and residential needs. Justin was just here at the office getting our 7 units ready for the summer heat. This was his second periodic visit with us. He keeps our units in tip top shape and provides a complete report for each unit every time he is here. He's customer focused, professional and knows his craft. Appreciate Cooling Company and how friendly their staff and technicians are.

My first experience with The Cooling Company was an emergency call in early spring of 2022 to assist with installing a thermostat. Our technician at that time, Jorge, was extremely professional and I learned a lot from him as he helped us.

My upstairs unit failed in May of 2024 and my wife and I decided it was time to replace them. We called and we were assigned Ray this time, he arrived promptly at the appointment time and immediately got to work. He evaluated our systems (as old as our 40 year old house) and gave us options on systems that are up to spec for Las Vegas' brutal summers. We decided to replace both systems, and they threw in a more efficient water heater!

The technicians showed up bright and early to get to work replacing the systems and were done in roughly 6-7 hours. They had to come back the next day to replace the water heater.

I will say this: The Cooling Company might not be the cheapest on the block, but their professionalism, caring and hard work are outstanding in a sea of mediocrity in the Las Vegas/Henderson HVAC arena. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, even correcting issues with the original house wiring and not mentioning it as part of the invoice. I appreciate this company and will 100% recommend them to anyone who asks.

My AC stopped working and my homeowner warranty tech couldn’t make it until the next day it’s 105 degree no way we can make thru the day so I called the cooling company within the hour he showed up Edgar was very polite helpful and fixed my AC in 30 minutes. upon arrival of the technician we discussed my reason for requesting his service, it was because came to install new thermostats and my air conditioners were not qualifying. After this discussion the technician did what was necessary to look for causes that disqualified me to have the new thermostats installed, even thought I had just had my both air conditioners serviced two moths before. The cooling technician gave my air conditioners a clean report opposite of what Nevada energy gave ,?. This cost me $80 for the service but it was well worth it, and give the Cooling Company high marks for their honesty and great service , I highly recommend this Company for HVAC services.

I recently bought a top of the line Lennox system from Ray and the cooling company. It was expensive, but it’s certainly a lot better than what I had before and I’m really happy I went with the cooling company. Other companies I engaged were overcharging for lesser equipment. I really feel Ray and Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Variable ACs are far superior than the standard counterpart. I had another company that I used to take care of my A/C, they are no longer in business. But, the repair guy that I knew referred me to the COOLING COMPANY. I made the call because temperature was 112 and was scheduled right away within two hours of the call. Danny was here on time. He explained what he would be checking for, to get the A/C working. He showed me the problem. We both did price check and it was in my budget. Danny is very knowledgeable and respectful. It had taken maybe an hour.
