I have had the Ambient Edge VIP service for a number of years. The technician that did my AC check this year, Rafael Rodriguez, was the best I have had to date. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He checked each of the two systems, over time a number of screws on the AC units had been lost, he replaced all of them, including on the fan in one of the units, the vibration that has been building up was almost completely eliminated. He also completely cleaned the units; they almost looked like new. I certainly hope I will have Rafael for any future maintenance or repair, and I will be asking for him by name when booking upcoming appointments.

Louie Navarrete was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new toilet and took the old one away. Great service.

I called to see how much a service was for tightening a nut. The guy said if I joined it would be $19. & No other charge. When Rick got here he called someone that said $ 350. I think it was. I told him I can't pay that for this, my neighbor would have done it. But I don't like to bother people.
R ick was vary sorry. He said I could sign a form that I didn't want it done. He was so sweet he left, then came in and tightened the nut. I want to let you know I had already told the man on the phone what the problem was and he said I would not be charged. It wasn't Ricks fault it was so mixed up. He did a good thing and seems like areally great guy. Someone to be comended. I have run into three people in the last 2 months that just take my money, do a crappy job and run.

Blaine identified several problems with our plumbing and in half a day corrected them all, including our hot water heater flushing. Installed a new expansion tank; replaced frozen and leaking valves. We appreciate the cost-saving parts he acquired for us. Very courteous. Put everything back the way he found it.

Rafael has serviced my unit a couple of times now. He’s very knowledgeable about his craft and takes the time to explain why he recommends the things he suggests. His services today were part of a maintenance package I purchased when I had my unit replaced this last fall.

Jaime from Ambient Edge responded to my recent call for another check on my ductwork installation. He verified everything was fine and took the time to show and explain everything. Jaime was very personable and friendly. All the service techs from AE have been exceptional!

Ambient Edge is great! Had Jay stopped by to check my heating and it was all done in 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star experience!

My experience with Ambient Edge was extraordinary, my tech Blaine Ogier was amazing. He took good care of me and made sure I got my hot water back up and running. I appreciate him coming out late and helping me out. Will definitely do business again.

Jason & Josh were very nice and gave some suggestions for my AC/heating unit. They weren’t pushy at all, which I appreciate. The plumber was also super nice and did a great job with repairs. His name was either Chance or Chase, I can’t remember.

Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful explaining options to replace our systems.

Follow-up visit with Nicholas to install new systems was outstanding. We’ve been very pleased with entire service.

Great maintenance visit from Rafael. He did an excellent job cleaning the system and replacing the blower.

I've had them out twice recently. Stephen was my tech both times. Very polite. This last time he called from Golden valley to let me know he was leaving and heading to my house. The 6 hour window is a way to long but they always call before heading out so you didn't have to sit home for hours waiting.

Techs Jacob and Trevor was very nice. They explained my unit thoroughly and made sure I was aware of all issues and gave me many options on servicing to make sure my unit last me a long time. My VIP plan is a great deal!

The technician Derek Owens was amazing! Very thorough and great at explaining everything. He was very respectful and helped answer all our questions. I'd recommend ambient for all your heating and AC maintenance!

Our technician Jaime was great. The system seemed to be working OK at first but instead of assuming we just didn't know what we were talking about, he kept looking and found the actual problem. I really appreciated his effort.

Stephen Frey from plumbing by Jake was great he came in did his inspection. He was good, respectful and honest. The estimate he gave us was very reasonable and going through Ambient for our AC replacement recently is a plus so I know there service is great.

Riley arrived on time after notifying us that he wea en route. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of performing the inspection and advising us of his findings. We are very pleased once again with the technicians and support personnel at Ambient Edge. Highly recommend.

Stephen Frey was terrific. He walked us through all the technical questions about the RO system we purchased. High energy, hard working, friendly and knowledgeable.

James arrived and made me feel better once he took a look and walked me through my issue and how he planned to resolve it. He was fast, replaced it and done! Maybe 20 minutes. Rafael did a great job today. He was very thorough and took plenty of time to check my HVAC equipment. He explained everything he was doing and presented several warranty options that were available to me. Very professional, I’m very pleased. I purchased my system through Ambient Edge.

Ambient Edge, plumbing by Jake, Sent Rick out for my yearly plumbing maintenance. He checked my water pressure, tested the water softener, flushed my hot water heater, and checked all my valves and faucets. Did a great thorough job on everything. Really like there maintenance service.

Michael VonLaurus was a consummate professional, thoroughly prepared to explain precisely what has happened to my HVAC unit, with understandable and layman’s terms. He is such a joy to talk to and learn from! He is truly an asset to Ambient Edge.
