AMAZING customer service! I called Sunday and picked the first place that came up on google with the best ratings. Best decision ever!! Donny (hope I spelled it right!) answered and was so sweet, kind, and dependable. He let me know a couple of things I can try to save me a service charge. I tried, and it didn’t want. I went ahead and called him this morning and within an hour he was at my house ready to fix it. He was fast, trustworthy and just overall amazing. I have a home warranty, however they are horrible! I was more than happy to pay the price I did because I knew it was going to be fixed correctly. I let him know he is officially my AC tech and I couldn’t be happier!

Bonzi Sosa responded quickly , diagnosed the problem and now our home is cooling back down.
Very easy to work with and am very happy with pricing and great service.

Tech called ahead and was on time. Provided before and after photos. Would recommend anytime.

2025 update: I've been with No Sweat for over 5 years now and they've replaced both of my aging HVAC units. The team's work and attention to detail for such a major job were top notch. They still never try to sell (or upsell) me anything I don't need. The team has grown and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I still highly recommend No Sweat for all of your HVAC needs!

I signed up for No Sweat's maintenance program and Don came out and did a very thorough inspection of the entire system. He took the time to explain his findings in layman's terms and did not try to upsell me at all. He was straightforward about issues I should look out for and how much life my 16 year old units had left. He was punctual, professional and his expertise is second to none. I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC work you need done.

These folks did the work right. I am posting this review after one year of having the new units. Also both of the seasonal checkups were thorough and done by competant solid individuals (Jose and Caesar). For the iniital install I felt like Donnie heard my preferences clearly and I got the least future headaches possible.

Great service! I had called around a few places when one of our A/C units started acting funny and the soonest I was getting an appointment was 2 days out. I was so glad I stumbled upon No Sweat. Donnie was over within a couple hours and got us back up and running which is worth a lot when it’s 115° out. He was very friendly and informative and quickly repaired what could have been a fire hazard. On top of all that, it was very affordable. I will gladly recommend Donnie and this business to anyone in need of HVAC service.

No Sweat saved me! I was dealing with another company that wasn’t sitting well with me and turns out I was right! Donnie at no sweat is a great honest guy! He let me know the drip pan/drain pipe was not executed correctly from the previous company I was working with and gave me a good cash deal on a whole new AC system. This company is very responsive and got the job done in less than 8 hours!! That’s quick work for a whole new system. Now my AC is working great with no leaks!! Thanks Donnie and Crew!!

This review is an absolute pleasure to write. Donnie Vines, the Residential Service Manager, saved us $1,500 by properly assessing the situation!

We called another company (absolutely horrific experience!) and their assessment was a new $1,5000 (at least) motor, but that the warranty wouldn't cover it - without verifying.

I called No Sweat to get a second opinion, and it was the best decision ever.

After his diagnostic, Donnie got on the phone, and within 5 minutes had confirmed the unit was still under warranty. Not only did he save us the money on the motor, he went the extra mile to go back to the office and get another part he recognized wasn't fitted properly which no doubt prevented further unnecessary maintenance.

I can't say enough about how honest, thorough and earnest Donnie was to assess the problem, and FIX the problem.

Great service and trusted work. I had a issue with my heating unit and I made the called to No sweat. Within a few hours tech Donnie was at my home very promptly and ready to look at my unit. He was very informative and communicative about the service needed to complete the repair and get my unit working. Thank you soo much Donnie for getting heat back in my home promptly and efficiently with these cold Nevada winter.

Cesar Escobar was an excellent technician. He was very efficient and customer oriented. This company is a rarity, from my experience, in the AC field. No high pressure suggestive selling of replacement items. I would recommend the company highly.

Just had Jose out checking my heating system. He was on time and extremely nice taking time to explain how certain elements worked. This service was part of my Cool Club membership that includes an air conditioning check in spring and heating system check in the fall. Great company and employees!

No Complaints. Henry was pleasant, efficient and was thorough in his explanation of what he did and the condition of my furnace.

Edward has been here twice. A new unit was installed 24 months ago by No Sweat and for some reason the blower went. Although I think there should not have been any charge to replace a new blower on a new unit my daughter paid it. A previous company came out and stated the unit was new and to call the company that installed it as the unit may have been faulty.
Edward was very knowledgeable, on time, and seemed thorough, however a week later we smelled burn odor and heard knocking. Edward returned and did a concise check on everything as this was a safety issue, He made sure all parts were rechecked and made a few adjustments re the knocking, It was a relief to have a workman who not only had integrity but also was on time on both occasions.
I would definitely recommend No Sweat( or at least Edward) for repairs.

I've been using No Sweat for a few years now. I'm in their "cool club" they take great care of my three air conditioners and my two furnaces.

Edward was our tech, he came over to look at our AC unit. He, and the other techs, are always friendly, professional, and fair. We have multiple properties and so we have each home receiving the maintenance package, which is a heater and AC tune-up and inspection each year. No Sweat AC + Heating Is honest and forthcoming. They never try to upsell you, they always try to save you money, and are efficient and prompt. Highly recommend!

First time using "No Sweat A/C" and I must say, "very impressed". First off, staff was very courteous & also accommodating. Lastly, Jose the technician was very knowledgeable & thorough with respect to diagnosing & cleaning my HVAC heater. I look forward to their servicing my condenser for the upcoming summer season next year. I highly recommend this company as I've tried several others in the past. Second Season Use: I cannot stress enough how well these folks at "No Sweat" take care of their customers. I met with Cesar & he was fantastic as far as being very thorough when cleaning my A/C condenser, as well as explaining what each of the components do while showing their respective readings. At this stage, I couldn't be more happier. I've used multiple companies in the past and I will say, their service is impeccable! Oh, and their prices are most reasonable when comparing to those others I've researched and dealt with in the past. I can't recommend them enough! Seriously, give them a try, you won't regret it!
