Chance was very knowledgeable. A-1 Quality Care took great care of us they came out for one thing and took care of that. However, they also serviced our air conditioner. Chance did not try to up sell us or push us on anything. I cannot tell you hoe refreshing that is.

My mom has a swamp cooler. Previous times it has been a challange having it serviced. It seems every summer we have to have it looked at shortly after starting it up. These guys were awesome. Chance came out the first time. He was very thorough and explained everything. My brother mostly handled it because he is more familiar with the swamp cooler. We had them back out for a possible leak yesterday and this time Eric F. came, again very thorough and explained everything. Very pleased with both. Would totally recomend A-1 Quality Care, LLC.

Outstanding! The technician, Joshua Elliott, was here within 45 minutes of the request for service. He is very professional, prompt, polite, and explained to me everything he was doing and his diagnosis of the problem.

A-1 Quality Care is awesome. They squeezed us in for an emergency and got us taken care of the same day. The work was great and the repair man took his time and made sure everything was done properly.

Our furnace burners would only run for 10 seconds and shut off. The blower would not run. The house was getting cold. Chance, the A-1 Technician, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. He tested the system to confirm his work. In less than one day from our call for service, our furnace was fixed and our home is warm again. Thanks for great service!

A+++ Outstanding HVAC repair! FAST - Professional - Friendly - Wonderful service. A1 Quality Care arrived within 2 hours of our call to our home warranty company, HSA. The A1 dispatcher asked all the right questions. The extremely skilled technicians arrived with everything they needed on their truck. Our HVAC control panel burnt out. The 2 technicians were here nearly 2 hours making sure everything worked perfectly. They even wore shoe covers to go into our 2nd floor attic. Everyone knows how hard it is to choose home service technicians. Do not hesitate with this company, they are the best. Thanks so much for all you did!

Bill and Wanda are amazing! Very particular in making sure it was the best service. They answered any questions I had without rush and taught me about my system. I will be using A-1 Quality again for future preventative and repair, and I will refer to anyone I know.

Our furnace wasn't coming on. Temps were going to be around zero and it was Friday of a holiday weekend. A1 couldn't have been more accommodating. He told me he had extra crew on call because of the weather and holiday. The man came the next morning and got us fixed and warmed up. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our property is up in the mountains so we never know what kind of quality service we will get or when we will get it. Their name says it all. They are A 1 and really care.

The technician Billy who works for A 1 Quality Care was and is awsome. He was on time as scheduled and very informative as to what the issue was with my familys a/c not working. In less than an hour his skills had my family out of a 94 degree sweltering house back to 74 degrees of fresh coolness place of tranquility. We are truly greatful for the work he delivered

My unit went out in the evening with temps in vegas at 110. Billy came out next day at 2pm and got it repaired and back up and running. He was earlier than i was told and very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. Office staff very efficient and friendly.

I am selling my house and the buyers ordered an inspection they said the temp on the down stairs unit was not sufficient and they ordered an AC company to come out and said the heat exchanger was cracked and the other unit was leaking Freon and told me it would have to be replaced for $13,000. I called my Home warranty company to come check it out. They sent A1 quality home care out. The owner came to my house because I told AHS what the other AC company said. Bill throughly checked both systems and found nothing to be wrong. Bill communicated with me every step of the way. I’ve had other companies and they did not provide extensive communication like Bill did. He has 40 years in AC/Heat repair and did a great job. I will recommend them to all my friends, family and I will always use them on my units in the future. Jon M

Excellent service. Both ac units went out on Saturday evening and they came out Monday morning and fixed both units. Our service person, Brando, made sure the job was completed. Returned with parts to repair unit. I highly recommend this company.

Incompetent. If I could give a zero. They told my insurance that I miss used my air conditioner by still running it even though it wasn't working. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars. They do not return your calls or emails. DO NOT USE!!! COMPLETE LIARS

They took the time to repair a complex issue with my heater. They stayed and made sure the job was done right. I’ve had other companies pack up and come back the next day. Not A-1!! They stayed and made sure it was fixed! I can’t say enough good things about the quality of their work. So rare to find a company who cares about their work and their customers. Thanks again.

If you are reading this review right now to see if A-1 Quality Care Services (Heating / Air) meets your standards, look no further. I have been using their services for 7 years. From making the phone call to A-1 Quality Care (Crystal ) to Eric (Service Technician) servicing the home, I ALWAYS experience superior customer service! They give you a window of time, then the service technician emails and texts you to let you know that they are on their way. This is fabulous because it allows me to plan my day.

What makes A-1 Quality Care stand out above the rest? Their impeccable, thorough, and meticulous examination of the air conditioner outside of the house and the blower capacitor up in the attic. Eric is AWESOME! One of the kindest and most knowledgeable soul, you will ever meet. Please take advantage of their Spring Tune-Up. I say this because it's going to be a HOT SUMMER. With this Covid virus populating, I would hate to call them in the summer when they are booked solid with repairs. After inspecting my unit, Eric did find that my compressor was defective. He explained to me the process of what that component does and more. Eric then called the office to get an honest quote and schedule me for an upcoming appointment to repair the ac unit. There was NO sales pitch, NO pressure, and NO demands.

The entire staff at A-1 Quality Care LLC defines the true meaning of superior customer service! From the office personal to the service technicians, they are genuinely kind, honest, and professional. During the summer of 2017, my AC went out. Unfortunately A-1 Quality Care was booked for several weeks, so I called another company to fix it. That "Other Company" service technician could not speak English and was at my house for 3 hours trying to fix the AC. Just last week, I tried to turn the heater on and it did not work! I called A-1 Quality Care and they came to the rescue and repaired the damage that The "Other Company" did and made sure my AC/Heating unit was operating efficiently. The service technician was very kind and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. Thank you A-1 Quality Care. Simply put, they are the "BEST" because the entire staff genuinely cares about their customers and make sure to fix it right the first time!

Recently used A-1 for a home warranty repair on the A/C. They were super responsive and timely in scheduling. But a special shoutout to Jason, their technician. What a ROCKSTAR!!! He grinded through not only the diagnosis and repair, but was good humored and great to have at the house. I love to learn about my home systems and he was instructive and great to talk to. Pretty sure that the experience with A-1 got an extra star because of him. Great work!!!

I very much appreciated the service of professionalism and hospitality that I received from Eric (Service Technician) and Crystal (Office Manager) of A-1 Quality Care, LLC. It really is a wonderful feeling to know that they genuinely care for the well being of their customers; especially during this pandemic (Covid-19) and scorching heat wave that we are experiencing.
As summer approached (Hot and Humid indoor), I turn the AC on from my thermostat in my Las Vegas residence. After a while, I noticed it was not getting any cooler so I went outside to check on my AC unit. I noticed that the fan was not blowing and I can hear a loud clanking noise. I called the last company that serviced my AC a few years ago, but they went out of business. Immediately, I went on Google to search for a reputable AC company in my area. I called several (5), and 2 of them did not answer, another was booked for 2 weeks, one put me on hold for 15 minutes, and the other was rude as the Covid-19 virus! I was going to walk to my neighbor’s and ask them who they use until I came across A-1 Quality Care, LLC.
Crystal, office manager, answered the phone and was kind as one can be. You can tell a lot about someone on how they answer the phone. She heard me out and understood my concerns. I can tell she was busy at the moment, but she still managed to give me her undivided attention. Crystal explained to me that this is the busiest time of the year, and was checking to see if a technician can come out to my residence today. She asked if she can call me back momentarily. Within 15 minutes, Crystal called and said she can have an AC Service Technician come to my residence today. I was truly grateful and thanked her a gazillion times for making this happen.
A few hours later, A-1 Quality Care Service Technician Eric was at my door steps. A cheerful and friendly gentleman he is. After listening to my concerns about the AC, Eric, politely explained what was going to do and gave me total assurance that it was going to be fixed properly. I was amazed by his attention to detail as he thoroughly examined all the components that make up the AC unit from the attic to the vents, and the outside air conditioner. Before Eric started to fix the ac, he explained to me what the problems were in a thorough manner of that I could understand. He gave me an honest quote and without hesitation, I had him repair my ac unit.
I have never written a Google and Yelp review until I came across A-1 Quality Care LLC in hopes that I can spread the good news. From Crystal’s (Office Manager) positive and thoughtful mindset to Eric’s (Service Technician) display of chivalry and professionalism, I am pleased that I gave them the opportunity to service and fix my air conditioner. Thank you so much. Bill is amazing, lots of experience and a wonderful person. We are good people too. I ask God to put good people in our life, & you came along to take care of AC. Bill did miracle. Our AC is running and sending cold air in our home. You saved us in this hot summer that 2 other conpanies could not find the problem. One problem was termostat plus other problems he fixed them with a very reasonable price and the guaranteed they give for thie work is really piece of mind. These kind of honest people are hard to find in Vegas. Bill could recognize the problem from the minute came to our home. Our AC did not send cold air, like just fan is on not AC. He fixed it with his long experience. He is really the AC person and a very nice man. Wanda the manager is another amazing person, & very reasonable lady.

Would give A-1 Quality Care LLC Reno location zero stars if I could. I was without a working AC for two weeks because the first tech (Josh) sent out FOUR DAYS LATER said everything was working perfectly and that he couldn't see any issues and to let them know if the problem continued and they would be out promptly. They were contacted later that afternoon because it was still clearly not working correctly. The next tech (Chris) came out TWO DAYS LATER and said he couldn't do anything for us because our pipes were frozen (wait, so everything wasn't working correctly before? ) and that they could send someone out the following week 4.5 DAYS LATER. It was Josh again and he claimed to replace the blower motor, and a week later the "new" blower motor is not working AT ALL. Called them today to get someone to come out and make this right, and they scheduled me for EIGHT DAYS FROM NOW. I have three kids (2 of which are babies) and this is just completely unacceptable! They have horrendous customer service and will give you every excuse in the book for why they aren't able to fix anything.

A new company came out today and confirmed that the blower motor needed to be replaced, and said that the alleged new one looked very dirty and old. But he is doing everything he can to replace the motor by tomorrow afternoon or Saturday morning at the latest! Now THAT is customer service!

It's been awhile since they fixed my air conditioning unit, and it works amazing. Everything about their service was amazing. They figured out the problem, replaced the part, explained everything that they were doing in detail to me, and finished everything in less than an hour.

These guys have speed, quality, and nice repair people. 10/10 experience.
