I don't usually do reviews, this time I have to, I have my heating service on October. I was told I should repair my furnace because the unit is not getting enough air, tge unit reset 3 times, tge cost would be $850.00, I only been using this company for a year, anyway I figure I should get a second opinion and I did, I call Sunrise Service, which I have used in the past, I spoke to Jerome and he came and check the furnace and my a/c blower, it took him over a hour to check everything, then I showed him what the other company said to do ,and it wasn't true, Jerome showed me and explained everything to me. And there was no charge for his time and he sent me photos of everything he dud. I totally recommend Sunrise Service and I recommend Jerome for his service, his explanation, just a great guy

Raul provided exceptional customer service today. I received a call 30 mins before his arrival. He arrived when he said he would and he serviced all 5 of our air handling units in a timely manner. Thank you Raul!

I’ve been using Sunrise for all my AC needs. Steven arrived on time and was very thorough, providing a detailed report afterward so I knew exactly what state my system is in. He was professional and presented a variety of options without any pressure.

This is one year later. I am still with Sunrise. Robert’s explanation of the work to be done was excellent. He gave me options of the work that can be done. Angel & Eric were very professional. They started with asking me if I had any questions and ended the work with asking same question. What a nice way to ensure customer satisfaction. They were fast and showed me the before and after condition of the return duct which I appreciate. I highly recommend.

I broke a pipe in the wall trying to change the hose. Sunrise came out right away. Got the problem fixed fast. Christopher Rodriguez was great. He got a job done quickly and walked me through what he did. Great experience all around.

I have been dealing with some Unfortunate and very frustrating issues with my AC since I moved into my new build 3 years ago. Which shouldn’t really been a new homeowners worry during the first 3 years. The builder did not accept responsibility of the issues after the first year and a half. I have worked with Sunrise service since. Their technicians have been attentive, thorough, transparent and empathetic to my issues and concerns. Their customer service has been top tier and very detailed. My last to visits with Daniel Terry were smooth and seamless considering the challenging work required to ensure I have cool quality air during the summer and beginning of fall. Daniel went the extra step and swapped out my filters during this last visit. I am grateful and appreciative of their team.

Outstanding Service from Sunrise Services, LLC!

I recently had an Aprilaire Air Purifier (MERV 13) installed by Sunrise Services, LLC at 7380 Commercial Way in Henderson, NV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technicians, Mr. Angel Hernandez and Mr Sammy Nevárez, were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish.

They arrived on time, explained the installation process clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how to maintain the system for optimal performance.

The difference in air quality was noticeable almost immediately—my home feels fresher and cleaner. I highly recommend Sunrise Services, LLC, especially Angel and Sammy, for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC or air purification work.

This was the first time Nathan Ray serviced our air conditioning units. He was very thorough in servicing including providing videos of any issue that may provide a problem in the future. I would highly recommend both him personally and Sunrise as a company for heating and a/c needs.

Once more we had a great experience with Sunrise Service LLC, but this time it was for Heating System Maintenance at our home. From the initial contact to the follow-up text notifications and the professional yet friendly approach of the technician Marco Vazquez was a positive experience. Marco was on time as promised, very approachable and pleasant to interact with. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while inspecting the heating units. He made recommendations for repairs, but he was not overbearing or aggressive in his approach. I would highly recommend them to our friends, family, and coworkers. We were extremely satisfied with the services provided by Sunrise Service, LLC thus far, we renewed our service membership once more.

The tech Jesus showed up on time and did the annual maintenance on our 10 year old heating system. He explained his work and findings completely, along with recommendations for future repairs. He was honest about not needing repairs immediately and explained optional items that may increase the efficiency of our HVAC system. Very good technician.

If I could leave 3 five star reviews I most certainly would, and will be recommending Sunrise to anyone in need for all things HVAC and plumbing from here on out. Starting with Jerome and extending to the entire team, the professionalism, quality of service, products and installation is impeccable. They thoroughly explained every aspect of the equipment, installation, and gave the best quote out of 6 different companies by a long shot. They are immediately responsive with any maintenance needs, and have gone above and beyond in terms of helping solve additional issues. It is an absolute peace of mind knowing that I can rely on them and not have to wonder if the job is being done incorrectly, if I'm getting the full services we have paid for. 20/10. 100/10. 1000/10. Hire them.

Sunrise was very quick with our call. Marco came out the same night. He diagnosed the issue. He got our furnace back up and running and let us know what we needed to do to take care of the issue. Marco was very courteous and respectful and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend.
