He quickly diagnosed the issue, pinpointed the problem fast, and had the part replaced in no time. He was professional, efficient, and had our AC up and running again before we knew it. If you need someone reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Amazing service. This is the third time they have had to come out to fix my air conditioner in the past three years for always something new. They have never upcharged me and since the last time they fixed a leak I signed up for the cool club option. It was helpful as they came right out today to fix a different broken part and had a discount for being apart of the club. Henry Avilez was fast, effective, and a nice guy.

Great price, Henry,the tek, was thorough and mateculas, with a great personality. He repaired the Mini-split system in a couple of hours.

We received 2 different estimates to either replace our furnace & all ductwork or replace ductwork only. It would have cost well over $10k for either, so I called No Sweat AC for another estimate. Henry A. came out, thoroughly checked the furnace and ductwork and said the furnace was working as it should. He checked the ductwork and recommended that some areas needed to be sealed properly. Henry was able to finish the work today and it saved us thousands of dollars!
Henry was friendly and professional - he explained everything to me and showed pictures of the furnace, ducts that needed reinforcing and the coils.

There are a lot of AC companies out there, but the knowledge, communication, and service quality we got from Donnie was top tier. Our heat went out during the recent freeze warnings and we were able to get things scheduled and diagnosed asap. We won’t hesitate to reach back out whenever other issues come up. I have used No Sweat Mechanical for nearly 20 years and as a Realtor I have referred many of my clients as well. Last week I replaced my remaining original heating and A/C unit from 1996 and No Sweat did a great job. Jose, Henry and the other young man did quality work and left my house spotless when they were done. They took time to educate us on the new system and thermostats and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a professional company that doesn’t overcharge or try and sell you things you don’t need, call No Sweat Mechanical.

No Sweat was 5/5 stars for many reasons- but the most significant was their Honesty. Before talking to No Sweat, Goettl and another home warranty AC company said our AC/Heating System needed to be replaced and would cost us thousands. Christmas was cancelled as far as my wife and I were concerned.

Donnie performed a full assessment (far more thorough than the competition) and let us know that our AC/Heating system could definitely be repaired and not replaced.

I wouldn't use this company due to the fact that he has anger management issues. I just witnessed very aggressive behavior/road rage on tue 95S on 10/10/18. He was fighting with another truck and almost crashed into the truck he was fighting with. He was driving very fast and cutting cars off. He even passed up a semi truck on the shoulder . I would not want someone with anger management issues in my house. Remember you are representing your company, in your company truck and what you did was uncalled for and not professional at all. Learn to control your anger !! Its a 1 star only because it wouldn't let me continue without picking 1 but I really wanted to give him 0.

Rick and Kim are amazing! Not only is Rick an A/C wizard, but also helped me with a plumbing issue free of charge! He didn't need to do that, but he went out of his way to do something nice for me. I appreciated it so much! I would highly recommend him to anybody!

Rick has great communication and clearly articulates what needs to be done / what doesn't need to be done and the resulting impact and cost. Rick also went out to help reset the heater when the switch went off, free of charge. Thank you Rick!

Finally found a great AC/Heating company we absolutely love. These people are honest, timely and professional. They prices are lower than the competition and completely fair. Thank you Desert Comfort. You have our highest recommendation.

My AC started going out on the night of July 3rd and completely went out by 3am. I was panicking as I continued seeing the temperature rise in my toddlers bedroom. I began to call several HVAC businesses but none answered and some sent me text messages saying they can assist after hours for a $200 fee. I felt forced to wait for one to open at that point.

I based my search on people’s reviews and was a bit hesitant by the lack of reviews on Desert Comfort but with them being close by and the earliest opening HVAC service, I opted for calling them at 7:10am. Rick answered and told me he was booked through Friday (it was TUESDAY!!) but he heard my plea and empathized with me. He asked where I was located and it so happened that he was working on another house in my neighborhood at that very moment. Knowing this information he managed to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within 10min! From my understanding, the capacitor blew out due to the heat and luckily he had the replacement. This was all completed within ONE HOUR of my call!! This man is a true life saver!

This was a pivotal moment for me as I’m not well versed on all areas of being a homeowner. I will be forever grateful and will make Desert Comfort my GO TO HVAC service. I don’t know what the typical prices are for these services but it was economical for me. I really thought I was going to get a ridiculous bill but it felt very reasonable.

If anyone is looking for someone to trust for the job… Rick is your guy!!
