This guy sped up when he saw me walking through a parking lot. I thought that was rude of another tradie to accelerate when he sees someone. Then he stops and starts dumping trash. Not sure if his job was here or not it just all felt super sketchy. Idk what quality work they do but if they speed up for pedestrians they probably don't care about their customers.

Edit: I shouldn't have edited my post at all. If I called in nothing would happen. I've been in the trades for over 20 years. I know better. I get it that you think it isn't the companys fault but it 💯 is. Don't hire losers that speed up when someone is trying to get to their truck. Teach them that they aren't in their hellcat. They're in a big box with the name of the company on the side. Lol you're lucky I didn't let him hit me.

Two hours after calling, Adam from Lake City came over and determined the cause of our weak air conditioning. An hour and a half later he fixed the problem!! Great customer service and friendly service! Thank you!

I had just purchased a house and some of my rooms had too much AC and others had too little, Lake City Air came and had a good look, they calculated what I needed and made recommendations. I was impressed by the fact that they did not attempt to over sell, they delivered what they promised, when they promised it and saved me a ton of money.

The People of Lake city Air are amazing. From the installation to maintenance they are punctual, courteous, and professional.

They are a family business that treats you like family. Other companies treated us like a number.

First had service on air conditioning units and very through , found that we needed a little fix for safety and that was schemed and done the next day, very easy to work with and efficient

The technician was very thorough and explained what was done in detail. He also went over my options as to what needed to be done and time frame to complete the task.

Install of HVAC went well. The installers Lawrence, Matt, and Jose completed the job in one day. They even cleaned up after themselves.

We had great service and appreciated the follow-up and the repair done so quickly!

I have been a homeowner since 2001 but only 6 months ago I bought my current home and out of all the the Service Companies that I have had come to my homes over the last 20+yrs Semper Fi Raised the Bar on what CS is all about… the Technician was the most Polite, Professional, Explained Everything to me in layman’s terms he was so soft spoken and he didn’t try to sell me anything he came out for Free and Diagnosed both my AC units. I thought that there had to be a catch cuz nothing is for free these days. Knowing that I am a disabled senior on a fixed income my Home Warranty had declined my service for my AC units which are operating at 30% it’s 95 inside my house( my pets and I are miserable), the terrible home warranty company said that the units are still running so can not fix them until they are Broken Down. Is it time to call the state of Nevada Insurance Commissioner to file a Complaint ❓
So I called Semper Fi to write me up the diagnosis so I can place my claim in dispute. Thank you Semper Fi🙏💯‼️❤️
