I had the opportunity Wed, Aug 22, 2018 at 10am to have Mighty Oak Air Co. come out to service my AC unit for a tune-up. Mighty Oak Air Co. will for now on as long as I own a home and as long as they remain in business, service my air conditioner. Alec was my Technician and his work was absolutely extraordinary! Alec was punctual and efficient. Definitely knew his stuff. He was able to do the tuneup and inspection quickly and gave me great tips on how to be more energy efficient and save money. 2 of our rooms are stubborn with air flow and he was able to see things the last guy didn’t even warn or advise me about. I would be remiss if I didn’t say just how wonderful Mighty Oak Air is. Alec and his workers were competent, nice, clean, and knowledgeable. A&R in Reno was an absolute miserable company to deal with. We recently purchased a house and during the summer months discovered that the HVAC system in the attic was leaking water on the Drywall. We contacted the Home Warranty and A&R were dispatched. Long story short, A&R had to come out to my house over 4 times as they could not resolve the issue. The Techs did not have the needed parts when they arrived, and I had to provide the techs with multiple parts so that they could attempt to fix the issue. Additionally, the Techs were unprofessional and left a significant amount of trash in my attic. It is also almost impossible to get ahold of anyone especially a supervisor at A&R. I had to call every single day for over 3 weeks before a supervisor would call me back. The only reason that I did get a call was because I filed a complaint with the home warranty. To make things worse, I personally feel the supervisor retaliated against me. After two months of trying to repair my unit, the supervisor finally came out to look. Within 3 minutes the supervisor determined that the unit was damaged and denied my claim with the home warranty. He left and I never heard from them again. I contacted the home warranty to request a second opinion, another fantastic company came out, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and sent the information off to the home warranty. Two days later they were back out to fix the problem. A&R dragged out my issue for almost 3 months, lied about the issue and ghosted me. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Lowell from AR Complete was a Godsend this past week! Our air conditioning went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far, and the company sent out help in under 24 hours! I can give this people. -* A&R was the company send by my insurance... if possible they try to up sale 🤔.
They said my unit needs to be replaced for a new one. Cuz is old and. Missing parts that's why is not cooling but let me ask my self was cooling for last 4 months.. now is missing parts thats why is not cooling...where the parts go and they empty the freon from unit stay away from this people I will never recommend this company to anybody save your money do your research before calling this scam company

Our home warranty company dispatched our call for one of our furnaces not working. I submitted the claim on Sunday. The company called me within an hour of me putting the claim to schedule an appointment for the following Monday 8-noon. Nick showed up, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within an hour. From the office to the technician Nick they were fabulous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

This company was assigned through our home warranty. I was happy because they were came at 8:10 am on a Sunday. They fixed the issue but didn’t restore the water correctly. I called multiple times and they said they would be back. It is now 4 pm and we still have no water. Can’t flush our toilets take showers or finish our laundry…. TBC…

Very thankful for both techs coming and getting our AC back on. Both Shadd and his fellow tech were cool and the team got to us at the earliest point in the window of arrival stated! This happened In both the intial assesment visit and the follow up up visit which saved a good portion of my day. The dispatcher was also pleasant and worked with my schedule to get us back up and running. Will def use them from now on

A&R did a great job fixing my AC! They checked the indoor temp, worked outside on the unit in the heat, and worked inside on the unit until it was fixed! The techs were courteous and knowledgeable! And, they arrived on time!! 5 Stars for sure!!!!
