Great customer service doesn’t even scratch the surface of how wonderful this company has been to work with! We are a local, southern, Nevada, HVAC, service, maintenance, and installation company. During the summer months, finding available equipment can sometimes be like finding the golden needle in a haystack.

Jose Villa-Campos is such an asset to this company. 24 hours per day, seven days per week, I am able to get a quote from him on equipment needed with an insurance that if it’s not sitting in stock, it will be shortly! If I could give 10 stars to this company, I would! Thank you for always taking care of us, and going above and beyond, it’s much appreciated .

I’ve been acquainted with Cool Camel for several years as they have been serving the hvac needs for my workplace. My home system was over 30 years old so I contacted them about replacement. After agreeing to the price, a crew of 3 arrived on schedule and on time with everything needed to complete the job. They put in a long day and didn’t leave until everything was thoroughly inspected and performance tested. Price was exactly as agreed with no surprises.
