We have been using Cool Camel for all of our commercial AC units and swamp coolers, and had them come out in install new AC and furnace for our home. These guys are awesome! Locally owned and the kind of service we had been missing with the other companies in town (between work and home, we've tried 4 others). Save this number! No one expects their AC to quit on a Sunday morning, but mine did. Jaden was there to help so fast, and had my AC up and running before the day got too hot. Super professional, and does great work. Would recommend.

We've been customers of Cool Camel since 2022. Our AC unit had issues for years, and Cool Camel has always given us the best service compared to other companies I would get quotes from or try to work with. They've helped us recharge our unit in the hot summer months when our old unit was failing. When the fan broke on our old unit, they were out the same day to fix it. Their service is fantastic. They recently replaced that old failing unit and fixed the air distribution in our house. I'd recommend them to everyone I know. We referred my mom to them and she also had a great experience. Everyone at Cool Camel was very professional and responsive to our requests for air conditioning services. Starting last summer, our A/C unit wasn’t working properly. Jaden had us up and running within hours. It was determined the unit needed replacing soon, but could finish out the summer. We were able to delay the new install for months and plan for the expense. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I don't know what we would do without Jaden and his air conditioning company. He has dropped several times from what he was doing to come out and fix nit only our 2 units on a weekend but he also helped a dear friend from church yesterday who unit stopped working and got it up running. He meet us within 30 minutes due to the house was getting hot and she had an older dog that was not in good health in the house. This gentleman got her unit up running in no time and he didn't take advantage of the situation with a crazy outrageous Invoice. We moved cross country and within the first two weeks our HVAC failed. Called Cool Camel, great response time. They informed us our system was pieced together with different aged parts, different brand names. We made the decision to install a whole new system and so thankful we did. We’ve been putting off buying a new AC unit for over 3 years now, and as soon as it hit 100 I knew our old system wasn’t going to make it thru the summer. Jaden was out to our home the next morning and verified we had a pretty bad leak that had rusted out some the coils and was making the leak worse.

My wife and I have used Cool Camel now 4 times (total AC replacement, splitting one unit into two, adding a vent hood due to location of our unit and adding a mini-split to the garage) and each time the service, quality of work and the value has been outstanding. Jaden is easy to work with, communicates honestly and clearly and is always very prompt with both coming out for a consultation, but also getting the work done. The latest project we did through them was to have a mini-split system installed in our converted garage. It was less than a week from the time he came out to discuss the project to the project being completed. Heck, it may have been just 4 days. The business is a family run, local business and they are great all around. They employ family and seem to have the perfect number of employees to stay very busy, yet be able to get things done quickly. We have referred them to multiple friends and they all have the same thoughts. Great company and great people!

Our furnace was blowing cold air and Cool Camel had a technician out within hours on a holiday weekend! The technician explained everything thoroughly and provided many options for us to choose from. We chose a temporary repair that will hopefully hold us over. We will definitely be contacting them for our A/C maintenance and all future HVAC needs.

I was referred to Cool Camel by my neighbors. Cool Camel called to schedule regular winter maintenance; at the same time I was wanting to speak to them about another issue. Well one issue turned into another and another and down the rabbit whole we went. It turns out that our 6.5 year old houses HVAC system was built with the lowest grade parts available and was shot from one end to the motherboard. The Freon used with our system wasn’t even being made any longer.
Jayden, the owner of Cool Camel, had to come see for himself. Jayden from Cool Camel inspected everything himself and confirmed the sad news that we needed a new HVAC unit. We had Cool Camel come out and they were super responsive- The techs were on time and super friendly. Most times when we have had a tech come in from other companies to fix HVAC or something last thing they care about is being personable lol. These guys had us up and running with no BS. Other companies have tried to add on services or tell me I need a complete replacement vs solving the actual problem and charging fairly. shaun came by my home in henderson and explained how a ductless ac system could help with cooling. he went over the best spot to place the unit in my house, what to expect during installation, costs, and answered all my questions. shaun made the whole process simple and made me feel comfortable with my choices. he was totally right about everything. after installing the new ductless ac, i checked my daily energy costs and saw my bills drop a lot, from about $5.45 a day to just $1.42 a day! that's big savings for me, especially with how hot it gets in henderson. also, the advice about where to put the indoor unit was spot on. before, my old wall units left some rooms hot and the hallway always felt warmer. now, thanks to shaun's recommendations, the temperature in my home is comfortable and even everywhere. i'm really happy with the results, both with the money i’m saving and how much more comfortable my home feels. i definitely recommend shaun and his team for ac repair or installation if you need better cooling at home.

On a weekend, preston from the company came by my home in henderson to help with my heater problems. i was surprised and impressed that he personally came out and even went into my crawl space to check things out. he first looked at my thermostat and quickly noticed i had accidentally switched it from heat to ac, which explained why my house was so cold. even though that was the issue, preston still checked the heating unit in the crawl space just to be sure everything was fine. he came out quickly and let me know there were no problems with my heating system, which was a big relief. i really appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. it's great to find someone trustworthy in heater repair. preston also gave me helpful tips about keeping rodents out, like checking for openings around the house and using steel wool. he took the time to explain everything and was patient throughout the visit. overall, i'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing heater repair in henderson.

when we got home late last night to our house in henderson, we noticed it was pretty chilly indoors. the temperature had dropped to 63 degrees around eleven at night. i called the 24-hour emergency service line for thomas & sons heating & cooling and spoke with someone who suggested they follow up in the morning. overnight, it got even colder, down to 59 degrees. the next day, greyson came out to check our furnace. he did a thorough inspection and discovered that the gas valve was stuck closed. he quickly went to get a new part and came back to install it, so now our heating is working great again. a couple of years ago, we upgraded to a new 96% efficiency furnace and a matching central air unit, both trane systems, and we’ve been really happy with how they’ve handled the hot nevada summers. the technician could have come out in the middle of the night if we wanted, but we decided to just use an extra blanket and wait until morning, which worked out fine. i’m very satisfied with the service and won’t call anyone else for hvac work. highly recommend for anyone needing heating and cooling help in henderson.

When I noticed my heater wasn't working during a cooler night here in Henderson, I reached out to get some help with my HVAC system. The first company I called tried replacing a few parts, but my system still wasn’t heating properly. They said I needed a new gas filter, but the price was really high and they wouldn’t be able to come back and install it for several days. Not wanting to wait, I found a different HVAC company.
