A friend of ours used cool camel and was pleased with the Price, service, and results. So I obtained 3 quotes. Cool camel was not the highest. The owner was 1 of the three installers. They replaced my 24 year old split unit( attic unit and outside compressor) they were very professional, on time, and finished in 1/2 a day. I highly recommend cool camel hands down!!!!

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the day, it was over 100 degrees and I’m currently 9 months pregnant. Needless to say, it was urgent we find someone to help! Fortunately for us, Jaden (Cool Camel HVAC) came out same day to check it out and got it up and running for us! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I would recommend this company to everyone! Bonus - they are a family owned company ☺️

The owner of Cool Camel came to my residence for a AC replacement estimate. He provided a step by step introduction to replacing my AC units and put me at ease. His team was very professional and open to answer any questions I had. They were on time and very efficient while at my residence. They are a great company and I am extremely happy with their work.

I had another very large popular company come out and try to sell me a new unit and I saw a Cool Camel Truck at a neighbors house. I gave them a call and they came over right after they were done and said it was just the compressor. No need to buy a whole new system. They went ahead and replaced my compressor and my system is so much quieter and running so good! Will always recommend. Thank you for being honest and getting things done in a very timely manner thank you Cool Camel!

10/10. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Jaden was able to come out to my house day of call - I wanted a 2nd opinion after my home warranty sent their guys here. He was able to steer me in the right direction (home warranty crew was way off and going to cost me way more in long term damage - which was confirmed by Jaden and 2 other companies I got 2nd opinions from). But ultimately, I went with Cool Camel because of their honesty, flexibility with my schedule, how they were highly recommended to me by a colleague, and overall persona. Finding an honest company in Vegas is like winning the lottery. Mid repair on the diagnosed issue he noticed an issue with how my furnace was installed and corrected that while he was in the attic. Had he not caught this issue could have led to even greater damages to the house as a whole (which again I'm sure home warranty wouldn't have covered either). I will only be using Cool Camel only moving forward. Great crew, prices, and work.

Excellent company that provides professional workmanship. They came to install new heaters in the attic and new AC units outside. They have friendly workers that clean up after completing there job. After checking 5 other HVAC companies Cool Camel was by far the best company. After the work was accomplished I even received a follow up call to voice my opinion. There pricing is fair and not to mention the office is friendly and expedient. What more can one ask for.

I do not generally leave reviews, but sometimes I'm compelled to. Got to work with the owner of the company and he was five stars through and through. Professional, timely, communicated well, fixed the problem, and guaranteed his work. I had a water heater leak, that soaked the platform. The AC was on the platform and needed to be removed. The AC was put back as taken and was functioning before the everything was signed off. A week later, the AC was not working. Cool Camel came back and diagnosed the problem and explained that the fix was nothing related to their work. But Jaden the owner fixed the problem (which took half a day to diagnose and the next morning to replace the part) without charge. Not typical of any companies I've dealt with. And therefore a review was necessary. Thank you.

The best AC company in Las Vegas HANDS DOWN. They have replaced both of my units and always remember names. We recommend them to anyone and everyone.
