Most negative reviews are written by disgruntled homeowners after things don’t go there way. Certainly, I am writing this under duress, but please read further.
Controlled Comfort have been to our home 12 times, as of today, since April 2020, and have yet to FIX our AC unit. Yes, they have repaired it, but only for days at a time. They are the bandaid company to our wounded home. I could write paragraphs regarding our interactions with these people but, hopefully, this review, as it is written, will assist you in your decision to NOT waste your own time, monies, and effort.
