A Company Doesn't Really Shine until Something Goes Wrong!

Controlled Comfort replaced a split AC unit for our house this last July when the temperatures soared above 113 degrees. Sometimes things don't go smoothly on an AC job. It turns out our attic space is very small and difficult to work in and those challenges (along with the heat) were too great for the initial crew to complete the job in one day as originally anticipated. I firmly believe that the true test of a contractor is how they respond when things don't go as planned. I have seen contractors walk away from a job, take short cuts and do shoddy work, or get defensive and refuse to take responsibility for issues. That is NOT what Controlled Comfort did. We experienced nothing but professionalism and concern starting with Ralph the general manager, and extending to all the employees we interacted with. They worked tirelessly to remedy the issues. They brought several portable cooling units to help keep us comfortable, they offered to put us up in a hotel, and performed maintenance on our second AC unit at no charge to make sure we were getting everything out of it that we could. When the job was done to our satisfaction, they settled the bill in a fair manner taking into account the difficulties we had. When it is time for our second unit to be replaced we will be calling them again, not because everything went perfect the first time, but because we know from experience that they will treat us right and not stop until the job is done.

Got in contact with controlled Comfort and from start to finish they were wonderful Very Helpful they came out addressed the issues with my ac did a repair and ac ended up not working that same day. I called and they were intouch with my home warranty about new replacement. They were contracted through my home warranty to replace my whole unit. Which Im extremely happy with their service and my new AC UNIT. From the great customer service from the lady who handles the phone to the ac tech and the installers all great people who showed great customer service through the phone and overall a grrat fast experience. Does not do clean work.and had a new unit put in few days later it did not turn on dorgot ro turn the on switch inaide the unit. They do show up in time
Just a little laid back.heat will not come on and they cant come out toll monday.very cold in the house not cool.wish they would follow threw better.
