My upstairs unit wasn’t working properly, within 24 hours of contacting Mr Gates a technician came out to my home, diagnosed the issue, sourced parts and repaired unit. Excellent communication, professional installation and technician all with no extra fees for quick service! Highly recommend this company for any HVAC jobs - trust worthy and reasonably priced!

Such a wonderful experience! Great company and people. My questions were answered (and I had some goofy questions). They took the time to listen to me. The tech was on time and polite. He explained what was found so I could understand it. Scheduling was easy and they were on time with text reminders. Very friendly and efficient service. I’ve used them to service my units before winter and now before summer. They are very thorough and honest. They have not tried to sell me anything or tell me to replace anything, but do let me know of the current conditions of my units and what services might be needed in the future based on what they see from wear and tear.

When he arrived he was courteous and got right to work, it was a preseason system check. He did his work, not wasting any time. He explained everything and what I needed to do. He was excellent.

The guy just came looked at the unit and said it looks good. Not really as impressed as the last time I had maintenance done. But I guess as long as it looks good and the unit works through the summer. I'm good with that. But for 49 dollars. I don't know??

Great job troubleshooting. Honest diagnosis.

Kevin researched our heating problem last fall and found a leak within a sealed component. He contacted Lennox and explained that component was faulty and it was covered by warranty.
Today he checked all three of our A.C. units before the summer season. They all passed Kevin’s careful inspection.

Very good service. Dalton was great setting up appointment & Kevin serviced the repair. Very pleased with both.

Dalton is very professional and easy to talk to. He answered my late service call and assisted in getting my AC unit working again. Dalton as a person is trustworthy and lives by his motto of "we're repairman, not salesmen". At no point did I feel pressured into paying more than what I needed him for.

This company is always on time and is honest in their assessments when it comes to HVAC. It’s hard to find someone who will show up when they say they’re going to show up and not charge ridiculous prices. I suggest Mr. Gates to anyone needing help with their air-conditioning and heating.

The worst thing that can happen in the winter is having your heater stop working. I’m very thankful for Mr. Gates HVAC because they were able to come out AND get my heater back up and running SAME DAY! I was in awe and so grateful for their service. 10/10!
