Phil from flamingo came out exactly on time and provided an exemplary service. He quickly resolved the problem with our AC and was able to provide some excellent preventative advice for us to keep our equipment in great running order and minimize future issues. He was knowledgeable and extremely professional. Unlike other AC companies we have called before that are always pushing expensive services and upselling Flamingo cooling felt they really had our interests at heart. Flamingo is definitely the most trustworthy hvac company we have dealt with and we would recommend them to anyone.

I called flamingo cooling and heating 3 years ago and they tuned up My air conditioner..Prior to that my air conditioner quit working 2 or 3 times every year. Everything has worked perfectly since then. Prior to thatI had to wait for at least a week every time to get help from my home warranty company. . Flamingo heating and cooling charges me the same thing for maintenance as my home warranty company charged. Flamingo heating and air conditioning Produces lasting Results. The home warranty people did a Poor job. I will never call anybody but flamingo cooling and heating from now on. They are honest and reliable. The rates are very reasonable.

I was blown away by flamingos professionalism, friendly customer service, fair prices, and quality work. After being burned by two different HVAC companies, I reached out to flamingo and was instantly scheduled on the same day. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes early, they also pointed out each of our issues without a High pressure sales pitch. I was so over dealing with our thermostat and AC issues that I just instructed them to do whatever they had to do to fix the issue. They changed all the air filters and rewired some faulty connections and cleaned out the neglected vents on the roof. I had no idea any of these were issues. When they gave me the bill I was expecting a price three times what they showed me. It’s rare to find a solid company and quality work for AC repair in this town. They’ve made me a lifelong customer and I will always refer flamingo cooling and heating to any of my friends and all the members at my business. They’re a trustworthy family run small business and I am so thankful I found them!

Flamingo Cooling and Heating sent Phil out to make sure everything was OK and the Josh followed up with the new motor and we are all good. 5 Star rating just isnt enough, I have created a new award...drum roll...the GOLDEN FLAMINGO! Great service! Fixed my A/C unit in August of 2020 and just came back out to check and tune up my heater. Really nice guys/company. Professional, and super helpful! Honest company, and really takes care of their customers. Will definitely be a returning customer, and will let my family and friends know about them!

If you need a company to fix or service your HVAC, Flamingo is it! Everyone was polite, helpful, and responded to my HVAC problem quickly and thoroughly. Phil did not leave my home until he was sure that my system was in working order. Flamingo will be my first call from now on (and they should be yours too!)

Josh did a great job diagnosing and correcting my downstairs AC unit issue. He repaired it quickly and then proceeded to clean the fins on the two units. (First time in 33 yrs since I've owned a home in Las Vegas that the AC repair guy actually did that.)

We called flamingo cooling and heating and the owner Josh took great care of us. He showed up faster then any other company we called and It took a lot of work and time for him to diagnose and fix our issue but he was determined and very professional and fixed our AC. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends I will only use flamingo moving forward

Josh and his dad are great. They were professional, kind, and timely. They were informative in sharing different brands of air conditioner and furnace units. When they say they were going to come to be at my house at 8am on a weekend. They were at my doorstep at 8am. It is a big wow factor. When I initially met Josh, he even notified me that he was stick.in traffic so he would be late. I appreciate that. They really are a good group of people to work with. Can't say much bad about them. He even gave me handymen recommendations to fix my attic entryway (they do not patch walls). So it was nice.

Technicians showed up quickly and knew their business. Our older system was restored to working great, instead of the usual push to replace our dinosaur with an expensive new pretty system, The Flamingo Cooling guys looked hard at what we had and got us back in the cool fast and for a price that we could afford, well below our expected budget. I will be calling them first for all my future needs. What a great company.

Phil and Josh did a great job of replacing my two 30+ year old HVAC systems with newer energy efficient units. Their workmanship and demeanor were very professional. They were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and their company without hesitation.

Communication was excellent from the beginning. Josh came during the appt window and called ahead so I could be ready. This was just the semi-annual maintenance appointment to make sure my A/C will be working well during the summer months! He also explained everything he was doing . I would recommend Flamingo Cooling and Heating (and Josh) to anyone.

I stopped using my home insurance because I love Josh and Brittany’s much. They are wonderful people and so easy to work with.

Flamingo C & H are the best. I had a rental and the A/C went out. Brittany in dispatch was very kind and professional and was able to get someone (Tech Josh) quickly to come look at the unit. After having my furnace serviced by another company & the technician telling me that there were burn marks & a crack in my system showing me bogus photo's & that I should replace my system right away I had Flamingo Cool come out & check it out. They found nothing wrong with my system. Josh spent over an hour going over my furnace with a fine tooth comb. It's now been more than 6 years & it being a very old system I haven't had to replace it. Thank you Josh for your honesty & I will recommend your company to everyone.
