I’m a 3 year customer, they replaced one of my AC units and service both units twice a year. Their techs are very knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone is very respectful, they advise on services but won’t push you into buying. From the office to the field, their customer service is awesome , I highly recommend Evolution Ac Heating.

Technician came out and took his time to thoroughly check everything. He told me what the issue was. He then fixed it and did a full diagnostic. Afterwards he let me know of some things that may need attention in the near future as a heads up. It was my 1st time seeing the inside of my attic. He was nice and very respectful. I would definitely recommend this business. Ask for Lee!

Totally stellar service. These guys were the only people to actually pick up the phone in the middle of the night when our unit went out. Lee showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and then stayed to conduct a complete multi-point inspection to make sure we wouldn't have to call again anytime soon for anything preventable. Both Lee and his leadership Dennis displayed fantastic professionalism, courtesy and customer service. I sure hope I never have to call anyone for service on my A/C again, but if I do, I know who to trust.

My AC unit downstairs is not blowing cold air. i called Evolution and made an appointment for the next day, Mr. Tim did an awesome job. very honest guy and respectful. he is very professional and knowledgable on what he is doing. highly recommended.

My first call was to Megan she took great care of me getting me onto a speedy recovery. Your card says business built on integrity CORE family values and success and they do follow those words. The day of installation was awesome everyone was so caring thank you Lee for your hard work Jason again for coming out and making sure everything was done right and speedy. Days before the installation they brought over a portable air condition for so we would not be uncomfortable and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend it this company.

It’s August in Vegas; hot attic, working outside; he didn’t speak of it, very professional & knowledgeable. Glad we chose Evolution & glad I got Tim. Kudos to him!

We were Very Lucky that family knew owner Dennis and highly recommended Evolution Air. Both of our AC units blew up at the same time. We had estimates from 3 companies but EA was the only one with thorough inspection and detailed explanations. The moment I called Dennis and he took time to listen and had complete knowledge of what needed to be done and how professionally it would be done - I Knew I had the right person and company. Tech Jason came out and thoroughly inspected the 2 outside AC units and then, the most difficult aspect was inspecting the heating, condensers, blowers and cooling systems located in our attic accessible only through a small 24" X 24" hole in the ceiling - the outside temp was 108 at the time - 130+ in the attic. No complaint from Jason as he climbed through the small hole and spent an hour inspecting the entire AC units. I signed the contract and the process started immediately. New equipment was ordered. Jason, Lee and Edgard started dismantling everything in the attic, removed it all. Installation started within 2 days - to say that Dennis and this crew was extremely professional is a Huge understatement. Extreme care and attention to detail was done to make sure everything was done Right. To say that we are Extremely Happy with Evolution Air, with Jason, Lee and Edgar is also a Huge Understatement. Look forward to seeing them again when they come to do their twice a year complete inspection and maintenance of the entire system. Evolution Air will always be our go to air conditioning company. Highly recommend them.

Lee was an excellent technician, as is Bill and everyone at Evolution A/C. From their dispatch and scheduling to their technicians and warranty department, they are very thorough with their inspections/tune-ups/repairs and very communicative.

Their rates may be slightly higher than average, but you get what you pay for with this company. They are experts and they will take care of you.

I have used them several times over 3 years residentially and commercially and I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Easy to book and great service. My A/C unit started whining a bit on start-up and not being one to delay maintenance for something like that in peak season, I reached out to Evolution. They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I returned from being out of town and provided me with a list of recommendations after the inspection. No hard sell, just what needs to be done along with an explanation of what should be a priority for this season vs what could potentially wait if necessary.

Highly professional, informative, and not pushy is exactly what I look for when scouting for service contractors. Evolution certainly meets that requirement in my book!

LEE came out after hours.. got to my house in less than 30 minutes really helped out me and my family when our a/c went down.. He was very communicative , respectful, and helpful.. I will recommend this company to everybody I know.. great work 5 star service I really appreciate the extra steps to make sure we didn’t suffer in the heat.

He called before arrival, took a few minutes to talk before getting to work, and explained everything necessary throughout the service.
