Honest, quick, and knowledgeable. Came out because my ac stopped working. Turned out to be a float switch for my condensate pan and he was in and out. Didn't try to upsell me or trick me, will call out again.

It was a happy coincidence. I saw the Carlson HVAC van driving while driving home. When I got home my a/c wasn’t working. I reached out and there was a tech available to come out the next day. Issue was fixed the same day! I like supporting small businesses. Especially when they’re knowledgeable!

We called Carlson HVAC & Refrigeration on short notice our heat quick working but one of there technicians showed up quick and was able to get our fan motor replaced at a great price and didn’t try to upsell, he even changed our filters while he was here.
