Called on a Sunday, Tech came out for $145 no problem. Issues was a bad squirrel cage, supposedly causing a bad blower motor. Part was ordered and tech returned the following Friday to replace cage and motor. Motor was incorrect and did not cool house (was not charged for motor but tech left it in and said there should be no issues with the motor), tech returned to turn up motor but nothing changed. I called another HVAC shop and they stated motor was wrong but I should continue using Bishop so they correct the issue. Bishop tech stated it sounds like low freon but that the last time I got a text or call, he hasn't reached out or stopped by since. I called other shop back and had them return to look over entire system. Stated motor was wrong and no other issues were noted, they replaced motor and system has been working like it should of. I requested all parts that were removed to be left with me and that's what I should've done with Bishop. Week and a half without AC for something simple.

After speaking with management I will give Bishop another opportunity, he was honest and wanted to make it right which respect. It seemed the tech was doing his own thing. I did change my rating.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday evening. We called Bishop air and they offered to come that night for a reasonable fee or today. We opted for today and they had our air up and running in no time.

I made an appointment to have an air conditioner assess and looked at.They told me 1 o'clock in a house that had no air conditioner at 2 o'clock.I called to find out where the service tech was and they forgot to call and tell me that he would not be out there for an additional three hours. After taking my 3-year-old grandchild out of a 100 plus degree house so that she could cool down as well. They sent a service tech over 45 minutes later. Then when I asked for a copy of the bid in order to send it to the person who will pay the bill, Who also asked me to get the bid, He told me he had to talk to a supervisor.

I explained when I set the appointment that I am a disabled veteran and I have not had an air conditioner for a week. And this is the service I received.
