The Technician, Mike, did an excellent job inspecting the three air conditioners. However, we feel $242 was excessive for the amount of time spent on the inspection. Since we purchased our three units from you for approximately $27,000, we feel it would be good customer service to give us a break on the inspection fees. We're loyal customers who are senior citizens and would appreciate any consideration for a discount. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Have a good day!

Having the AC go out in the middle of summer is never something anyone wants to deal with.

Finding a fantastic trustworthy worthy AC company in Las Vegas can be a challenge. We got lucky and found Black mountain Air . A Fantastic company with great customer service.

Our AC went out overnight.I Called at 7am am and had a technician at my house by 8:45am. My unit was all fixed with a new capacitor and running by 9:20 am. We have AC again!

Black Mountain Air is exceptional!
We just purchased a property and found that our old unit was rusted and leaking and had to be replaced. Black Mountain Air came over to inspect the unit the same day. They presented an estimate and were able to replace the unit the next day. The owner was on-site as well. We met six of their staff and all were professional, friendly and efficient. The work was outstanding and they cleaned up perfectly. Overall, a great value. We highly recommend Black Mountain Air.

Our A/C went out just as the Vegas heat was turning up. Called over the weekend and they were able to get us taken care of first thing Monday. Price was reasonable for the relatively simple fix (thank goodness). Great service, very polite and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Our service with Kyra was top notch! She was punctual, professional and shared information with us without having some kind of sales pitch or sales agenda. She seemed to genuinely care about getting our existing equipment to function as best it can. She mentioned that there were some odd readings and offered to come back with a more experienced technician but also freely offered that their company does not typically service the brand of AC that we own and they might not get preferential priority from the manufacturer should they need to warranty parts or anything. When the time comes to follow-up we will probably use Black Mountain Air just because of her honesty and candor.

hate to leave another review but had an issue with my thermostats going out intermittently. Black Mountain Air was here the next day, took care of the issue and performed general maintenance on the furnace. Tech Bobby and the office team are GREAT!!!

Called late Friday, scheduled appointment early Saturday. Robert arrived on time. He diagnosed my AC problem in a few minutes. Had it fixed shortly after that. Great job guys. Thanks Robert!

We had an issue with our outside unit freezing up one night and the next day I called and they came and made repairs same day. 2 weeks later I noticed a wet spot in our ceiling so I went and found the condensation pan wasn't draining so I cleared the blockage. 2 days later my there's even more water causing damage to the ceiling. I made a call to black mountain air and they were at my door in 45 minutes. inspected and found the 25 year old unit to be rusted through and frozen over. they gave me an estimate to replace the unit and took the previous repairs made off of the estimate. They will be replacing the unit on Monday. Great service.

Friends of mine have used this company for their house HVAC needs for well over a decade. Having what I'll refer to as "red flag" issues with the company I had been using, I decided to try out Black Mountain Air upon recommendation of this company from my friends. In summary, Black Mountain Air is now my new HVAC company I will contact first for future needs.

I initially contacted the company via Yelp 'Request a Quote' and received a response in a timely manner. I also browsed the company website. I booked a 'Fall Tune Up' using their website online booking feature.

I received an automated booking verification via the email and phone number I provided. I received email and text informing me of the name of the tech (to expect) and verification of appointment day and time frame. I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment.

Kyra was on time, personable, professional, and very thorough. She provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. She took pictures during the Fall Tune Up and upon completion shared the images with me and explained her findings (everything was good!). Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a card reader. Kyra emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. I'm very pleased with services rendered. It's also a good feeling knowing that I'm supporting a family owned and operated local business. Win-win!

Michael was very professional. He sent me a text letting me know he was ok his way. My issue turned out to be an easy fix, but he had been thinking a possible things to check ahead of time. He made sure I understood everything he did. He also checked a couple of other things so he knew I wouldn’t have more issues in the near future. They have a new customer in me.
