Austin came out to diagnose one of our HVAC units yesterday afternoon. He called me 10 minutes out from my schedule appointment and told me he would be at my door at the schedule time. He was very prompt and very professional. He let me know what I needed to do to get the unit working and what the charges would be. I will be calling him back next week to set up a day for him to actually fix the unit and I look forward to him coming back out!

Austin at American Residential HVAC has been great since we first contacted him.

We purchased our house in July of 2022 and the Air Conditioning was working perfectly!

When we fully moved into our house in October of 2023 the Air Conditioner was frozen up. During a 110 + degree heatwave.

I called several HVAC Companies but this was a Saturday and NO ONE was answering their phones, until I called American Residential HVAC and talked to Austin.

He said he would come on Sunday.

On Sunday after getting our system working enough to keep the house cool, low 90’s inside, until the new system was delivered on Thursday.

Austin arrived about 15 minutes later and spent the next 2 hours getting the new system installed.

He has continued to follow up semi annually to keep our HVAC System in great shape.

Austin and his team did a great job! They were very timely, helpful and knowledgeable in getting my air conditioning back up and running. I’ll recommend you to anyone I can! Thanks again.

Better than the big name companies and great customer service. After doing some shopping around looking for a new ac unit, I found Austin and his team. Austin had a quote that blew the competition out of the water. He is unlike these other companies that like to rip people off for their HVAC needs. He is very professional and kept a clean work environment leaving no trash behind. I will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to friends and family.

We found American Residential last year (2024) when our AC system went out.
Since the first apartment for a quote Austin showed up right on time and prepared to explain the whole process, he even brought samples of the techniques they use to upgrade the system from the late 90’s to today’s standards.

The day of the installation, everything went smooth and the technicians were so careful and professional to do the job right and at the same time keep our home clean, as someone who also works in the trades I really value taking the extra effort to keep the customers home clean while working.

A year later our system is working great and the best part they offer a 10 year warranty and a package that provides servicing the whole system twice a year to ensure it’ll perform efficiently.

This is the most amazing company I’ve ever dealt with in Las Vegas. I had to replace my air conditioners, and everyone in town was ripping me off or trying to these guys are stand up. Their monthly fee is so small. I never even notice it, but it’s worth everything in the world because their customer service is outstanding and everybody speaks proper English. Amen. So glad I found this company!!! Had a new system installed in 2019 and have had issues the last 3 yrs. "That Never To Be Named Co" came out each year and tried to fix issues at crazy costs. I finally had enough and after researching, called Desert Valley. Richard was amazing- spent 40 minutes in the attic-found all the issues and showed me photos of the botched job and how they tried to basically duct tapes mistakes! I now have a brand new unit with all new duct work and it works so well. The crew was fast and professional and the cost reasonable. The girl who answers the phone is wonderful and absolutely a delight to talk to! I am staying with this company (and I had my daughter switch also) and would encourage you to consider switching to them for service and repair. These days it is so hard to find a company you can trust-way to go DVH&C :)
