Technician came out 10 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time and checked over my system, checked all the coolant levels etc. He explained details about the system while I was standing there as well as told me about what to check over /look out in the future specific to how my system was installed. Didn't try to do any upsell or tell me I needed things that I didn't actually need. Desert Valley also just did a great, nice and clean install on my mini split for my garage. Fantastic folks to deal with! I had to have it installed on the wall due to the proximity of my house unit and space that I had and it came out great.

Randy and his crew are outstanding! I’ve worked with Randy for years — he handled many HVAC replacements for the City — and his professionalism and expertise have always stood out. When it came time to replace my own HVAC system at home, I knew his company was the right one for me.

i won’t trust anyone else for ac repair after today! our air conditioner stopped working and our house quickly heated up to 87 degrees in the nevada heat. i was worried that, with our 14-year-old system, we’d have to spend a fortune to get it fixed. miguel arrived fast, checked everything, and found the problem right away—a dead capacitor. i didn’t even know ac units had parts like that! the repair was done in no time and only cost a little over $200. miguel was fantastic, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. i’m so grateful for the quick and honest service. i’ll definitely be calling them for any future ac repair needs!
