Their service is really bad and it seems like every since we put this unit on we've had nothing but trouble hopefully they fixed it now

Fantastic service, technician was able to save system, found bad parts and replaced, got everything working perfectly after told by other repair services the compressor was no good. Would recommend calling Desert Valley before buying a new system.

We had an estimate done by a different company that wascwas unaffordable/bankrupt us and we thought we had to live without a ceiling indefinitely. Thankfully Kris came and gave us a reasonable price that we could afford. They came the following week and completed all the work within a few hours. Yesterday our air conditioning stop working and it was 108 outside. We called Desert Valley Heating & Cooling And they came out within 90 minutes. Randall was our Tech and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I have used this company for a few years now and they are always great Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. Desert Valley is by far the best at what they do in North Las Vegas, and Henderson Nevada. Very honest about cost and repairs needed. was able to get a. ac repairmen technician right away, within a few hours. They arrived on time and was able to diagnose problem right away. He kept me informed of everything going on and explained what was going wrong with my air conditioner system. Had my ac fixed very quick. Very highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Desert Valley air conditioning repair contractors when we upgraded our residential hvac unit and thermostat. He had my best interests in mind. Our recently installed Nest required a new wire to be run from our outdoor unit to our thermostat, and this proved to be a difficult job with having an older house with a small crawlspace. Our technicians—ac guy did a great job problem-solving and found a way to get the new wire up to our thermostat. We are grateful for this air conditioner repair company and the professionalism of the technicians who completed our job. Recommend this company!

There is no way I can praise this company and it's employees to the extent they deserve. I had a large co quote me, new AC, wouldn't consider fixing AC. Remember I used Desert in the past and was happy with them. Brian came off roof, said yes, it needs replacing but since I needed time he would try a few things to salvage the compressor. As it turned out, it was a sticking valve making compressor run nonstop and overheat. So my $13k replace became a $2100 repair. Talk to them, they work hard and with you to get your AC back at a reasonable price.

Desert Valley’s response time to our trouble call was quick - within a couple of hours. Their technicians' work has been efficient and thorough. Their pricing has been very reasonable, with no technician upselling. We will definitely be using Desert Valley for our future HVAC service needs.

I called Desert valley on a whim for an urgent service call. Their staff was incredibly nice and they were able to get out to the house fairly quick and diagnose the issue. Kris (Service tech) was very informative and communicated fully on what went wrong and what he did to fix it.
