They came out within a few hours of the call, even in the heat of July. The part was on the truck and we were up and running again less than 30 minutes from their arrival. Great service and reasonable rates.

This company is absolutely top notch! They are extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and they actually answer their phone! They even come with clean booties in hand and always clean up if needed without being asked. You get a notice when they are on their way AND place a photo of the person who is coming. We've used BMA for years. Highly recommend. Would give them 10 stars if we could.

Robert is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. He had my hvac unit up and running within the hour. I highly recommend him and Black Mountain Air.

Once again I called and had a technician out in a couple of hours. Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and did a good job to try and diagnose the issue. Very happy to be working with Black Mountain Air. Its hard to find good companies that one can rely on time and time again for good consistent service - this is one of those companies where you can.

Super quick response, from answering the phone with a live human at 5:15pm on a Friday to arriving in the early morning hours before temperature outside hit 100+. Black Mountain Air has always done an excellent job. I have used their services for the past 15 plus years. They installed a new system last year. Installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Communication is key when someone’s air is out and their house is 95 degrees. I was told the repair would be done between 10am and 12 pm. The worker did not arrive until after 2 pm. When i called for an update at 12:45 i was told that he is PROBABLY still working on another house and USUALLY i would get a text with an update time. I never got a text. When i asked her if she could look in the system for an updated time she said there wasn’t one and USUALLY there would be. Like, what? Then the worker arrived and said his assigned time frame was between 1pm-3pm so based on his work order he was on time. Then was charged $95 for the repair. Yannick was kind but overall, very annoying experience.

Black Mountian Air is the best! Our AC went out last night at 9pm. I set up an appointment for first thing the next day ftom their website and they were here on time, the tech was awesome, and had us running in 15 min. Even went the extra step to check on warranty for the part that went out and saved us some money. This is our third time using them and every time has been A+

I had to change HVAC companies after discovering my old company changed management and/or ownership, and had gone from a service provider to a sales company. I was told our system (purchased from them 2 years ago) needed immediate repairs and was verbally quoted $10k. I didn’t trust what they were telling me, so I searched for a new company and came across Black Mountain Air. They had stellar reviews and lots of them, so I gave them a call.

Technician Michael arrived on schedule and did a full examination and diagnosis of our system. He clearly identified what “needed” to be replaced immediately and what could wait, as the components would likely be fine for several more years. The “needed” repair quote was $1,897. A significant difference from what the other company wanted. I was also given a quote for changing out all of the ducts, as the other company stated was urgent, and Black Mountain’s quote was $1,000 less.

Michael and his crew of two arrived, were super friendly, and quickly took care of the repairs - one damper motor, one small section of duct, and a secondary drain pan, which I was very pleased that they recommended, as we had damage caused by our AC system when we lived in Texas. This was an excellent suggestion.

I now fully appreciate why Black Mountain Air gets such stellar reviews! They ARE that good!! I feel much better having a company I can trust. Integrity is getting harder to find.

I've used them many times and the most recent was exactly like all the others. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, reasonable price, and no pressure. They just offer objective information and let you decide what to do. My old AC unit needed a new capacitor but when the motor finally dies, I'll definitely use them to replace the whole unit.

The Black Mountain team was great to work with. Starting with a friendly, competent HUMAN answering the phone to speak with me.
The first appointment was booked for less than two hours after I called - and the technician arrived on time. After several attempts at repair, it was determiend that we needed a replacement A/C unit. It was 107 degrees with more heat coming so we needed to act quickly. We were provied with 3 quotes. The installation appointment was the next morning. The team arrived on time, and were courteous and respectful of our home (and our dog). They placed drop sheets throughout the house to trap any dirt from the removal of the old equipment.They worked throughtout the day (and the heat) to remove and replace the equipment. The heat in the attic was oppresive. The team took one short lunch break (informing me of their planned return time) and by late afternnoon, we had A/C running. I highly recommend Black Mountain.

Trustworthy and dependable. They installed our AC and provide all maintenance. I appreciate that Robert has been our same technician for 12 years—it’s nice to see the same friendly faces that you know you can trust.
