Christians communication down to being very informative through the repair/service of my A/C unit problem was a very good experience! I just found a new service tech for future services.

A top quality experience. Christian arrived on time and got the repair done in 2.5 hours. That included a trip to the supply house for parts. Good, fair price, too. No hint of an upsell, no smart remarks about our "old" system and how it should all be replaced. Just a solid repair job.

Of course, a cheap price shouldn't be your main concern - you want competent, quality work, and sometimes you get what you pay for. Maybe the unlicensed Craigslist guy is not the smart choice, even though he's cheap.

I'd recommend these guys to anybody needing HVAC work.
