I had a great experience with Evolution! I called in the middle of our 118 degree heat wave and they were able to have a tech come by two hours later during lunch. He quickly diagnosed the issue and we were up and running within an hour. The tech was very thorough and the costs were totally reasonable. We finally found a great AC company we can trust.

Lee is our technician. He is very thorough and hard working. He spent hours going through our A/C system and fixed everything and took pictures. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of work performed.

After my last AC company’s annual maintenance of my unit took about 5 minutes and involved them quoting $10,000 for duct work, I knew it was time to find another company. I’m so glad I picked Evolution! Virginia was kind and helpful with getting me scheduled. Lee arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. What was most impressive is how thorough he was. When he recommended some work that needed to be done to help keep my unit running smoothly over the summer, I didn’t feel pressured at all to do anything I wasn’t ready for. He sat down with me and patiently explained everything. He completed the work the same day and took the time to make sure everything was working well before he left. When our water-cooled HVAC in the condo went out, I found out quickly that not many companies work on these units. Evolution was one of the few, and after talking to the owner, Dennis, he set up an appointment for the very next morning (I had called the night before).

Our tech, Brent, was excellent. He explained every step of diagnosing and fixing the problem, and really gave us an understanding of how and why he was doing what he was doing. No guesswork. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. And if he had a question, he had Dennis on the phone to troubleshoot right away.

The service was so good that we signed up for their membership program, which includes twice-a-year checkups to keep the unit running smoothly. In Vegas, air conditioning is everything, and having Evolution on our side gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Edgar came out and diagnosed my Hayward heat pump. He was very thorough. I would absolutely utilize their services again and particularly Edgar for all of my HVAC at my house.

Recently had an issue with our upstairs AC unit not cooling properly, so we scheduled a service call. Lee arrived right on time and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the issue, and walked us through the solution.

Even though he needed to return to the office for a piece of equipment and switch trucks—something completely out of his control—he kept us informed and apologized for the slight delay. Lee’s attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for our home, including wearing shoe booties each time he entered and exited, truly stood out.
