Phil was amazing. He was early for his appointment, diagnosed th issue quickly and rectified it quickly as well. He even cleaned up after himself, having been in the attic etc. Very pleased with Flamingo Cooling and Heating.

This family owned business does things the right way. They asked questions so they can actually diagnose the issue versus just changing parts. They fix what is wrong to ensure it doesn't happen again. That doesn't happen with other companies. You can tell that they want to earn your trust and business by doing the job correctly. They are very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I consistently have the best service and pricing from Flamingo Air. I’ve tried a couple of other companies and I’m not going to name them or bash them, but I will say that this company came out the same day and literally broke it down to what needed replaced and what could be down the road replaced. They were in and out and about an hour and a half and The price was very reasonable. I’m glad this happened now instead of midsummer. Thank you Flamingo (Todays service was for my Neighbor. I recommended this company to her and she just wanted somebody to accompany her while the work is done.) She’s happy!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I’ve used them previously to install a new furnace and they were fabulous. The customer service was excellent and so was the quality of their work. They are very reasonably priced. Because I had such a great experience, I recommended them for my parents when their ac was on the fritz. When I called to schedule a consultation, Brittany remembered me from my previous installation. She was very sweet and helpful. Josh was professional and knowledgeable, he explained the whole process to me and put my mind at ease. My parents are extremely happy that their ac is fixed and was very pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Having American shield headaches…doing a job in my renter’s house. I’m so happy I didn’t need to deal with that stress In my main house. I decided Not to call my American home shield and called Flamingo Josh instead …He is my guy from here on and forward. I am so recommending him to everybody in the neighborhood.

Work order was confirmed with my Home Warranty (American Home Shield) on Saturday (11-30-19) & Service Provider (Flamingo Cooling and Heating LLC) called/came out the next day (Sunday 12-01-19)! I have been here in Las Vegas over 25 years & speaking from the HEART, this is the BEST service I have had, hands down regarding AC/Heating! Not mentioning names (Goettl, Air One Heating & Air), got these companies BEAT by a long shot. Btw, Goettl to me personally is basically a MARKETING company & extremely good at it. In reference to their work, SUBPAR at best.

I did my due diligence and got 3 estimates to replace the 1960’s ? HVAC.

The owners and staff are always so friendly and provide education to help you make informed decisions about your heating and cooling needs. They helped me stretch out the life of an old unit and installed my new unit when I decided it was time to let the old one go. I just got my first check up on the new unit, and I have been nothing but pleased with the options they recommended. They are the best!!

Flamingo Air and Heating is an outstanding family company. Josh and Martin were prompt and very knowledgeable when our air conditioner recently went out. Josh provided several options to us for consideration. We decided on a new unit and it was installed promptly. Additionally, this company can be trusted 100%! Josh and his dad possess many years of experience, are kind, and very honest! We are so relieved that we don’t have to worry about air and heating for our home anymore. We also got on the maintenance plan that I requested for our units. Professional, hardworking, knowledgeable and honest on top of saving us a bunch of money too! I can’t say enough great things about this company.

The tech. Showed up promptly and was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my HVAC system. He was knowledgeable about what the system maintenance would require, and was able to fix all issues quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend!!

This company is truly the best! Brittany called and set up our appointment less then 24 hours of us making a request. The communication is perfect I know exactly when josh and Orlando were arriving. Josh was so friendly and communicated every detail of the process making sure I understood the pricing and the service. They went above and beyond even wrapping my hose back up, locked my gate and Josh even brought my Amazon package inside just really a great company.
