Kyle is the best AC service man I have ever came in contact with! Owning a home is great, until your air conditioning system breaks. He diagnosed exactly what needed to be fixed within minutes, fixed my AC unit, he was HONEST, and didn’t take advantage of me when I know he could have!!! I’m calling this company next time, the first time, because of Kyle and Ralph. I trust this company, it’s hard to find a good AC company.

Our AC unit is less than five years old and suddenly stopped blowing cold air. A five star company came out and diagnosed it as a failed compressor $2300 for labor and Freon alone. RaNee with Controlled Comfort came and realized it was actually the capacitor. $337 Parts and Labor! The estimate included photos of the old and new part as well as various points of service. RaNee was punctual, friendly, low pressure, and knows his stuff!

Sure appreciate the immediate response. Just moved here and absolutely need air to function. RaNee replaced both thermostats, as one wasn’t working and the other being same age was probably right behind. These are more user friendly. Super nice people and same day response was awesome!! Thanks again.

I am pleased to have found an honest company in Controlled Comfort. They have performed some much needed service on my 27 year old unit and it's working great! This is after a previous company was actively sabotaging it to compel me to buy a new one .But Controlled Comfort inspected my unit and the problem they found was easily fixed. RaNee is my tech and he is polite, professional and competent. I recommend Controlled Comfort for their honesty and quality.

EMPLOYEE REVIEW... I wanted to give praise where it is highly due. Most people call an AC company, schedule with a dispatcher and see a technician. They like their technician and give him/her a review. But no1 ever sees what goes on behind the scenes to make all that possible. I want to give a HUGE shout out for RALPH G!! The most diligent, patient, kindhearted general manager EVER! If you ever have an issue talk to Ralph he's a great guy and an amazing boss. THANK YOU RALPH!!

This is the best, honest and responsible company you can ever find in Las Vegas! I have worked with over 6 LVAC companies and none can even compare to controlled comfort! Ralph and Robert are the best! They are very polite and responsible! My AC wasn’t working and they come on the day of I called and keep returning to fix it until the whole situation is solved. Ralph even brought my family portable AC at midnight to make sure we are okay! They explain everything clearly and patiently, all they care about is to help you and not how much money they can make out of your problems! Their price and work are the best, I wish I knew controller comfort earlier so I don’t have to waste my time and money on other LVAC company which many of them try to overcharge me without really looking into the problem.

Amazing company to deal with!! A great experience for myself and my elderly parents. I was put in touch with Controlled Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning through American Home Shield Warranty Company, this entire experience with both companies was exceptional. I called the warranty company and they created a work order and informed me that I would be contacted by Controlled Comfort Heating . . . They contacted me within 5 minutes and offered a same day appointment. We set up the appointment for the following day and I was told that the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. First thing this morning, as promised, I received a courtesy call. Kyle arrived on time as promised, cheerful, well groomed and extremely polite and cordial with my parents. He isolated the problem, picked-up the part and returned and finished the job. . . He went above and beyond to finish the job promptly because he was aware that my parents are elderly and have some physical limitations. Everything & every person with this company was a pleasure to deal with. . . . Thank You!!!!

I am so pleased with this company and I’m so glad to have chosen them. They always contact me for yearly upkeep. They have a serviceman, Ranee that really knows his job. I am completely satisfied with this company.

My experience with Controlled Comfort was incredible! My technician Derek, was superb! Derek was courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and rectified it swiftly and with ease! In all my experience with other air conditioning and heating companies, Controlled Comfort is head and shoulders above the rest. I strongly feel that a company should recognize when they have employees that positively reflect their company. Renae was a great technician. He was polite and professional. He called to let me know he was on he way and arrived promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly but didn’t rush. He made sure that his repair truly addressed the issue. Great service and attention to detail.

Justin came by today to do maintenance on my unit he was on time. Very well knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Very friendly and talkative. Did a great job i will be requesting him again. Thank you Justin!!

We had a complicated AC issue followed by a water leak. Controlled Comfort came by 4 times (once to assess the problem, twice to fix issues, and once to double check everything was functioning correctly) and I really appreciated their diligence. Robert was professional and made me feel comfortable, even though they were in my house for hours at a time. They did a great job - job done right, polite, no mess! Thanks Robert.

An A for punctuality, C for service and an F for cost. Got there the next day and on time. I was charged 2400.00 to braise an outside leak and re charge my system. He was there for 1 hour. How is that possible my system isr410a Freon it’s not that expensive for 10 lbs recharge. I paid but complained, they got back to me and said the technician made a mistake and should have given me a 30% discount after 3 lbs so it knocked off 400.00. That’s a mistake that should have been caught before my payment and I doubt that error would have been found if I hadn’t complained after my payment. Still way too expensive

Ranee is a very knowledgeable technician and, moreover, he patiently explained the cleaning and inspection process to my husband and me as he went along. He cleaned everything up after he was done and is sending us pictures of the unit - to track its age and general condition for future reference - as soon as they are uploaded in the office. Comfort advertises dealing with the Trane brand, but Ranee explained he’s trained in several brands including our York, which is a common unit. We have had to replace HVAC units in the past (NY state and TX) and have some experience with maintenance. Knowing this unit here in NV is original to the house - 16 years old - we weren’t sure what we were going to find, and so we were pleased with the results of Ranee’s inspection. There was just one probe that needed a little sanding, but it didn’t need to be replaced, and Ranee went over that with us as well. We’re very satisfied with this company. Brian in the office made sure we were informed of Ranee’s arrival and went over our agreement with me so I understood what’s expected. I would recommend giving this company a try if you’re looking for someone here in Henderson or Las Vegas.

As it happens, when Vegas hits the 100 degree zone, that is of course when your AC breaks. You will think this is untrue and trust me, I am shocked as well but... I called Controlled Comfort today at 8:15am and not only did they have someone available to come out TODAY between 11-3, but I then got a call from Robert, my service tech, asking if he could come sooner! I said "heck yes" and Robert showed 30 min after my original call. It is now 10:15am and my AC is fixed!!! Robert had the parts, talked me through what was broken, and was generally awesome. I am delighted.

These guys are amazing! They came in clutch when we needed them 😊😊 they are great people that truly care about others. Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!!!

Got my AC fixed in no time. Price was very affordable and the customer service experience was the best I’ve ever had. These guys are the real deal!

I had my AC unit fully serviced and cleaned by Justin and Ethan from Controlled Comfort, and they did a fantastic job. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. Justin took the time to clearly explain everything. Scheduling was easy and fast as well, and the service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Controlled Comfort and specifically Justin and Ethan for anyone needing AC cleaning or repair!
