I have been using Controlled Comfort for my AC and Heating needs for a few years now, and am very satisfied.
Their tech KEVIN is very knowledgeable and good and does a great job.

AC went out at my rental property on the hottest day of the year 115 degrees. Ryan was timely, responsive and honest. He did a great job at communicating the issues and gave options instead of simply giving me 1 option, an upsell to a new AC unit, like most HVAC companies tend to do. In a rather stressful situation, it was a relief to have found a company with such integrity!

We were having issues with our downstairs thermostat working properly. Kevin was so nice to leave and get brand new thermostats for downstairs and upstairs so they’d match. 10/10 recommend and now the A/C is working perfectly.

Had the pleasure to work with Ra-nee. Ra-nee fixed our air conditioner. Ra-nee is professional and easy to work with. He diagnosed our issue and went over and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. We were sent to this company by our warranty company American Home Shield. We went through three terrible companies before we finally found Controlled Comfort. I’m happy to say this company is a good company and would highly recommend to come here and give them your business! Thank you guys again.

BY FAR is the worst A/C company, I have ever personally dealt with. Save your time & sanity by looking elsewhere. I'm currently renting a house with Family Property, who's been pretty good. I contacted the PM company on Monday & they automatically sent out the work order to Controlled Comfort that same afternoon. I have them 1.5 days to be professional enough to call me and schedule a time for the tech to come out and repair the A/C. Nothing,... Mind you; I'm sitting in a house that is 85 degrees.

On Wednesday morning, I called Controlled Comfort and spoke with "Raven" regarding the work order. She mentioned that she never received the work order. Easy, I forwarded the email and asked her to confirm that she received my email. I never received confirmation. Therefore, I called that afternoon & she instructed me that she could not accept the work order because it was sent from my email and not the property manager's email. Even though I forwarded the same email, she claimed never to receive it. So I email the PM and CC her on the email. I received an email from the PM stating they authorized the work order.

I still never received a call from controlled comfort. Therefore, I call them once again. Raven responded, "oh, yeah. Let me schedule that for you. Soonest I can get someone out there is Friday at 8 am". At this point, it's taking everything in me not to go to their office and introduce myself in person... But I keep it pro and say "sure" send him out Friday at 8 am.

Now it's Friday. The tech does not arrive until 2 pm. He checks the A/C and has to order a part. They're saying they cannot come back out and replace the part until Monday. Okay.... sure.

SAVE YOUR SANITY. Contact REBEL REFRIGERATION. THEY'RE much more professional. I've often dealt with them; their customer service is exceptional. This business will be out of business soon.

Had a service call on a recently installed AC. Justin (tech) was great. Analyzed issue and returned the next day first thing to adjust/fix the issue.

Ranee was friendly and efficient in diagnosing the heating issue. I was offered a valued customer discount as this is my second experience with controlled comfort. I am happy with the service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable HVAC company.

Well since covid my air conditioner and furnaces had not been checked by a professional for 3 years I happen to see an advertisement on this company and did a little research and called them had them come out to service my air conditioning and furnaces make sure everything's working functioning and they showed me everything they were doing he showed me what needed to be replaced he was very efficient quality means a lot to me when I am dealing with different companies and this is one company and service Personnel that takes pride in their work. Any future work I will be calling them and anybody that needs air conditioning and heating Services I will recommend them.

My AC stopped working . Controlled Comfort came out diagnosed the problem quickly . Knowledgeable tech. Repair was made quickly. I got a discount for being a military veteran . Ryan, from Controlled Comfort was at my home yesterday. He serviced my HVAC Unit for the season. Found a problem with one of the AC fan blades and addressed it immediately. Have to say again, great business. Pleasure to deal with someone who is honest and does great work!!

Ranee was amazing! He showed up within the specified time frame, called prior to arrival! Was courteous and Professional. Got the job done is less than an hour! Explained the steps, showed what was being done and the new parts used! Got rid of the old parts! Amazing job! Will definitely be using them in the future!

RaNee was able to squeeze in my service call at the end of his day for a quick but urgent fix. I cleaned my filters and couldn’t reassemble my unit properly. Las Vegas in the summer is too hot to go without AC.
This was my first experience with this company; and I am happy to have found them. I highly recommend them and will refer my friends and family here!
