Bill and Mary were incredible every step of the way! Our major water leak happened in the middle of the night and they were at our place first thing in the morning to help dry everything out. They came back and rechecked everything a few days later and all was good news. Thank you, Bill and Mary!

My Pros were: Jeff, Eddie, and Jonny. A few minutes before my insurance claims rep called me, ServPro contacted me and said they had a crew on their way and within the hour, they were here as promised. I live very rural and it was great that ServPro in Henderson/Boulder City, NV area was able to service this area. I had a mess on my hands and they came out, were very professional, friendly, and went right to work, explaining everything clearly. I had a lot of damage and they went right to work on it. Jeff and Ed came out last night, today Ed and Jonny worked most of the day continuing to dry and remove debri + pulling carpet and sheet rock along with pulling wet insulation and drying bladder. (yep mobiles have a bladder!!😜) Tomorrow Jeff will be out to do more and inspect. I would recommend SERPRO to anybody needing them. The branch that came to me was the Henderson/Boulder City, NV SERVPRO. 💕🐾💕💚

Tyler J, Ines S, Juan C and Patricia D came to help with our flood within an hour of my call. They sucked up all the water, set the furniture on blocks and set up many fans for drying the carpets and the floors. Tyler communicated regularly and talked me through the process. He and his team are great!

I Recently had a water claim and called SERVPRO. I want to recognize Tyler and his coworker that came out on time and ready to handle the mess. They were professional and incredibly efficient during the time they were here. Tyler explained what they were going to do, moved furniture and cleaned up in no time at all. Explained the entire process and how they will move forward in drying out the damaged rooms. Thank you & I truly appreciate the exceptional service we received during this stressful time.

Chris, Sofia, Mary, and Tyler J. have been doing an excellent job of drying out the wet areas downstairs and packing up two rooms after water intrusion from my upstairs bathroom. Everyone was working hard all the time and answering any questions.

This is the second time I had to use Servpro and they did an amazing job, especially Theresa Atwill. The day I filed my claim Theresa was on it. Was easy to talk to and she made me feel that everything is going to be okay. Theresa made it very easy to ask her questions. She was very friendly and helpful. I love ServePro! They were able to explain what was going to be happening during the loading out of my belongings and furniture. As the demo began. They kept me informed with emails, texts, verbal responses. The workers were very personable and easy to talk to. When I visited the site they verbally explained what was happening. They eased my trauma about my flooded house. Give these employees a raise in salary!

Linda a. In reconstruction project manager was horrible. Could never get this woman to follow up or call back requested a estimate never received, was advised by her that if you are not doing business with us. I am not giving you one. But they didn't mind charging me $7000 for probably 600 ft of work and they left water behind underneath the flooring. I was advised by there mitigation crew. We chase the water and have a moisture meter. No!

Juan and William were excellent. They were courteous of our patient flow and explain to me everything they were doing and what was expected.

Bill and Jaiden are great! Their professionalism and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. They explained everything that they were doing and were patient didn’t answering all of my questions. They are great at communicating and always showed up when they said they would, giving us a heads up before their arrival.

Mary Jorge and Juan were extremely Professional, kind and considerate. They were able to perform the services needed promptly.

Update- After receiving the final bill, I realized the company billed for work that had not been performed. This company's technicians took advantage of my family in our time of need while in mourning over the loss of our Dad. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this group has displayed. I do not recommend Servpro of Henderson.

We can not express our gratitude to Servpro of Henderson for helping my family recover from a house fire. Within hours Servpro was at our home to take care of the immediate need of fire, smoke and water damage.

We had a minor flood occur in our home and called ServPro. Teresa and crew were dispatched, arrived quickly and promptly assessed the situation. They got to work immediately, and although the entire process took several days to remedy (water will do that), the communication and follow-up was courteous and consistent. Teresa is the real MVP; she took the time to listen to our concerns, offered recommendations and solutions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with - the world needs more people like her! While we hope we never have to go through something like this again, we wouldn't hesitate to contact them for service. Highly recommended.

Tyler, Jaden, Zeke did an amazing job on coming to my home and taking care of my mold problem. They came here and started putting plastic up to keep the area contained. They answered all of my questions and just took care of business very fast and professionally. We would recommend servpro to everyone!!!

The whole process was pretty much painless. The workers were phenomenal and worked 10-12 hrs a day to get this project finished. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They did a great job!!!

We contacted SERVPRO after noticing two small stains on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. It was wonderful to reach an actual person for help and SERVPRO sent assistance the next business day. Juan C. came out to evaluate and gave us an estimate for the initial inspection. We unfortunately learned we not only had a leak but some mold as well. Juan was so kind and courteous and took his time to explain the needed steps involved in fixing our problems. He was reassuring and made us feel at ease with the entire process from start to finish. Tyler J. then came out to remediate the mold and clean the affected areas. He was fabulous at keeping us informed while he did the work and answered our questions. Both Juan C. and Tyler J. were obviously experienced, knowledgeable, and really took the time to alleviate our concerns. We highly recommend Juan C. and Tyler J. of SERVPRO.
