Sofia,Diana,Josh and Lily were very careful and and considerate packing our belongings after a roof leak that required our living room and dining room to be packed and stored for repairs to be done . We Have many treasures they took great care in packing. Josh stayed right on top of getting answers for our concerns. Their quickness because it was right between Thanksgiving and Christmas was appreciated .

SERVPRO Henderson did an outstanding job with the mitigation work. Juan Canto and Eduardo Mendoza showed exceptional experience and dedication from start to finish. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and took great care to prevent any secondary damage. I would absolutely use their services again and strongly recommend them.

Josh took time to listen to what I wamted to know. He explained the process, was smooth and professional. The whole team was friendly, they were patient. Diana, Eduardo and Jaedean took care the furniture and other stuff during transport, protect surfaces with blankets, bubble wrap and plastic wrap and labeled the item. Yes, I recommend this team. After a major water leak from our laundry room, I called Servpro and I am so glad I did because after few minutes, Tyler and Sofia arrived to the house. Tyler explained the step by step process of what they are going to do at that very moment and the plan afterwards. While Tyler was checking the rest of the house to see the extent of the damage, Sofia was already accounting the items that are being affected and move stuff to stop &/or minimize the damage of the affected items. Few moments later, Mary arrived to the house as well and helped dry the floor downstairs and helped Tyler remove the padding of the carpets upstairs. They removed at least 4 heavy big bags dripping with water. Tyler is so nice that he even lend us his portable light since our power and water were shut off for safety purposes and we had a light for the night. The following day, Tyler and teammates came early to vacuum the rest of the water and brought fans and dehumidifiers to help dry the ceilings, walls, floors, and just the whole areas of the house being affected by the water loss. Thank you so very much again Tyler, Sofia, & Mary!

Juan, William, & Sugeiry went absolutely ABOVE & BEYONNNDDDD for us. Not only did they leave our store SPOTLESS they also made sure that we wouldn’t need any other repairs and/or work done. This team is absolutely amazing workers and people. If you are looking for any work or repairs done I would highly t recommend this company and specifically this team. They work hard, efficiently, and fast.

The team of Juan Canto, William and Sugeiry was amazing. Excellent and professional service, friendly and very thourough with their job. Explained everything that needed to be done and kept updating throughout the entire process. And answered any questions we had. They left our stores kitchen looking amazing after the entire process. You can see they take pride in their work. Will definitely be using them again in the future for services, and definitely recommend this team to anyone needing their services.

We have a large pool, hot tub, ‘river’ and water feature. The team do an amazing job during their weekly maintenance visits to ensure everything is working properly. When they identified an issue with the filter, it was swiftly handled by Skyler and team. Excellent job, friendly team & would highly recommend

I had reported a loud pool motor and leak to Splash via email and Skyler came out this morning to check it. He was able to lower the noise a little but they will send someone else to see if they can lower the noise some more since the motor is only a year old. The leak was fixed Monday when the pool was serviced.

I would just like to take a moment to let you know about how absolutely impressed my family and I are with “ Skyler “ who is such an awesome Pool Technician Expert! Skyler came to our home to give us a quote . We asked him about our pool water color and he went out of his way to check the water and offered to fix the huge problem we were brewing. Skyler came out and displayed the best customer service I have ever seen!!! He walked me through the process of keeping up with my pool, educated me on my PH, acid and chlorine levels and showed me how to properly use my pool pump. This is a pool company I’m definitely going to use!!
