Reviews of local pros in Henderson, Nevada

One of the best HVAC contractors in the Henderson area. Thank you so much for your service and advice!

Austin was great and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed to be able to use my heater again on these cold days

Way over on Job, didn't meet lead time, wanted me to pay over quote .Don't hire this man there are many more air-conditioner company's better prices and they work much better

I had 3 other HVAC companies either bail on me, or tell me that my furnace was too old to fix and recommended replacement. They were able to repair my furnace and save me thousands. thanks so much guys

I’ve been using these guys for years they always provide outstanding services. Thanks for keeping my swamp cooler and a/c unit in perfect condition.

Couldn't be any happier. Not only were they friendly and professional. They were on time and got right to it. This is absolutely the best hvac company. Great job guys

Extremely knowledgeable and honest contractor. Austin went above and beyond to get my old 1980s furnace working. Highly recommended

Excellent job on duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning! Austin and his team showed up on time, wore shoe covers and face masks, and completely cleaned up after themselves once done.

Austin and his team gave my family the best price on a new AC unit. They were on time, polite, and worked very hard.

i had american residential heating come out to repair my 90's heat pump. austin had it back on line in ten mins. he was a total professional and even cleaned up after himself. all kidding aside, i would recommend him to anyone i know. his work was meticulous. its obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his work. thanks austin

Austin from American residential heating and cooling did a wonderful job servicing my heater and changing my high ceiling filter. He protected his shoes and was friendly and knowledgeable.

We recently had American Residential Heating replace our Furnace with Lennox products. ARHC was very professional with no sales pitch, they simply laid out the facts concerning the products. I actually had 4 bids from other larger companies, they were all just like dealing with used car sales persons with little experience. The install was scheduled and completed right on schedule. We could not be any happier with our new heating system. Quiet, comfortable and simple to use. The best warranty you will find! I recommend American Residential Heating and Cooling to absolutely any homeowner out there.

This company exemplified great professionalism, competency and honesty. The work ethic gave me hope in the younger generation on the work force these days.
I had a situation where I participated in an energy program through PGE where the installers of the equipment hooked things up incorrectly. After my heat and AC starting running at the same time, I called American Residential Heating & Cooling to check my system out. Austin showed up and starting working diligently. He could have easily charged whatever and went along with the poor work previously done. Instead, he troubleshooted a few hours to ensure the problem was identified and showed me exactly where the problem was from the incorrect installation previously done. He even took the time to get on the phone and make sure the previous folks knew that hazards they caused and the damage that could have been done.
I appreciate that he worked hard to fix what needed be and didn't take advantage in any way of our situation. It's a done deal now for when it's time for any type yearly check up on our system or repairs needed down the road; American Residential Heating & Cooling.

We struggled through the holiday season with an intermittent furnace issue. I called American Residential heating, they were here within 3 hours. Austin was great! He figured out the issue and fixed it very quickly. He explained the issue, and made sure that I understood what was going on. I would definitely refer American Residential to family and friends.

Make sure to call American Residential HVAC. The best quote and the best system of the 7 companies I got quotes from. Professional installation, the guys were on time and ready to work. All work done in one day. A+

American residential did an awesome job with our ductless heat pump. Showed up on time, did a clean and professional job. Saved us $700 compared to another HVAC company! The heater works great!

Fast and professional repair services.
We are very pleased with Bryan’s knowledge of our heat pump system. He had us up and running in no time, and their pricing was very transparent

I was blown away by Austin and his company. They beat elite and Goettl price by $3,000! And got me a Trane! I couldn’t be happier. Make sure you call them if you need a new AC unit

I have always had positive experiences with American Residential Heating and Cooling and Austin is no exception. He was courteous, clean and honest. He was efficient and mindful that I had to leave for an appointment at a certain time and he made sure he was done timely.

I had Austin come out and install a central furnace + air conditioning combo by Lennox and I couldn't be happier! The system is so much quieter and efficient than our old unit! I got 3 bids and American Residential had a better product for $1100 less than the nearest competitor. Thanks guys.
