I have called The cooling company a couple of times to fix up my ac and heating and they have been very helpful. They arrived on time, they communicated with me the problems in detail and with pictures, which I liked. They’re great don’t hesitate to call them for you cooling, heating, and plumbing needs!

The Cooling Company has the best customer service that I've experienced from any company in a long time. From the people who answer the calls to the technicians (especially Justin & Edgar) who come into your home, everyone is just so friendly and easy to deal with. They are respectful and don't try to oversell anything. I highly recommend them.

So far we've had this company put up a new AC/heating unit on our house. They cleaned all the vents and gave us a super great price. These guys are super professional. Definitely a satisfied customer. These will be my go to guys from here out.

The service itself was fine. The technician was great.

However I asked for a quote for an 18000BTU mini split to be installed in my garage.

I am in the trades and know enough to know a ballpark price of what this should cost.

I’m not sure if it’s because we live in a very nice house in a nice area, but we were quoted an outrageous amount of money.

I immediately called my other Hvac company that I have used in the past, and received a quote that was 1/2 the price on an apples to apples quote.

Definitely get a second option!

My A/C stopped working few days ago, and I was fumbling around searching for AC companies. The unit fan outside was spinning but there was no air coming out inside my home and my dog was panting like crazy from the heat. I came across The Cooling Company from all the searches. The moment I called, a very nice lady named Norma answered and was able to book me a tech within the few hours. Service Tech Edgar inspected my unit and went straight to the source after explaining what is happening. I was a little disappointed and taken aback that the system finally gave out and repairing it would only be temporary. Ray stepped in and provided me some options on the current situation. He is very informative, knowledgeable, caring, and right to the point with no pressure. The next day, I got my new A/C unit and the professional techs did an amazing job. Customer service is definitely superb. Thank you Ray and The Cooling Company team for such wonderful service!

I called about my old ac unit turning off, they made an appointment quickly. Justin Chavez arrived, very friendly, explained the visit fee, didn't seem bothered that I observed his work, we talked about the details of the issue. He opened it up and found it was a very simple screw loose. Didn't try to upsell anything (I had another company three years come out on the issue and said I needed a new unit), suggested a maintenance package, but no hard sell. Couldn't recommend Justin more, he was great!

Justin came out on time and immediately went to work. He was cordial and professional and took his time to explain everything I needed to know about what he did and what I can do to maintain our unit. I called The Cooling Company after having a tech from a different company tried to scare us into replacing our entire system. Justin reassured us that everything looked great and that as long as we do routine maintenance and swap out our filters in a timely manner would system should be good for a number of years. I appreciate honest work by honest workers and The Cooling Company fits that bill. I signed up for their yearly maintenance service and will continue to do business with them moving forward.

The Cooling Company came out to do a check on the unit they installed. Everyone is absolutely kind, empathetic, and genuinely treats you like they are your family that's looking after you. Oscar came out and explained every step of what he checked and took pictures while explaining in detail what he was doing and looking for. I was waiting for the typical, "this needs to be repaired pitch" but he said that everything was in great working order. This company definitely knows what customer service and building customer confidence and relations are!!!!

I’ve been using the Cooling Company for nearly a decade. They installed a new unit back in 2016, great price, exceptional quality and customer service.

Just had Juan do the annual heating tune up. He did a very thorough job. Noted some maintenance items to keep an eye on (backup with photos) but didn’t try to pressure me or scare me into unneeded maintenance. This is exceptionally customer service the Cooling Company delivers and keep me coming back year after year.
