Ambient Edge heating and air conditioning and repair is a great company
Derek Owens is a great employee of theirs. He has serviced our system for close to two years and he is experienced, patient, knowledgeable, shares exactly what he will be doing, and what may be needed to be done at next service. I am extremely thankful to have him taking care of our system.
He is definitely a 5 stars employee

Blaine did an amazing job installing my water heater. He was very quick an efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Jay and Marcus were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The quality of the technicians and the rest of the staff are why I stick with Ambient Edge. Dawson and Rafael have also done great work on previous visits, as has Jay. I highly recommend the $19/month VIP membership. It has worked out very well so far, and it has been well worth the money.

Very happy! We called for a water hammer issue and weak water pressure in the shower. While here they found a leak in the sewer pipe coming from the toilet. They fixed all the issues on the same day we called. Stephen was wonderful and explained everything they did with pictures and videos. We couldn’t be happier.

It’s always a pleasure having Ambient Edge do my preventive maintenance on my HVAC system. I was referred to them through Home Depot last year and will continue to call them for future services. My technician Michael VonLaurus was awesome. He knew his stuff. Thank you.

It was really nice having a call ahead of time for arrival time (some places make you wait all day). The photos of the heat pump helped me understand what he found and Riely explained the findings professionally.

Chris Wilson was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in detail and was very efficient with his service. He came back within two hours to put something on the machine that we bought from him. He is a wonderful wonderful guy.

Water heater replacement. Our plumber Blaine Ogier was exceptional. Helped us thru the warranty process with the faulty water heater, picked up a new one and removed and replaced with the new unit.
Blaine is professional, courteous, knowledgeable about his trade and a pleasure to work with. Takes the time to explain the process and works to complete the job to our satisfaction.

Our hvac system went on the fritz. Technician Jason who came and checked and generally quoted a replacement cost made me want to cry. Jason was very thorough and professional. He checked all components and mentioned it was best to replace whole unit rather than repair. Was very sympathetic to our concerns. This was only a service call which was at no cost to us to be told our 15 year old unit was not feasible to repair for the cost.

Ambient Edge is a remarkable company. Every employee I’ve dealt with is great. Jacob Vazquez just left after helping me set up the Honeywell thermostat app on my phone. Nicest guy in the world. No charge, Ambient installed my new HVAC two weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier.

I am So Very Grateful to Ambient Edge and Derek Owens. An issue can up that could have gone completely wrong, BUT Derek was all over it and made it a priority along with those in the office!!!! My house is warm and I’m not a n fear of anything happening to the pipes. This was I believe about a 3 week process and I could be more happier. I again Appreciate you and Happy Thanksgiving 😃

We had a service call with Dawson D., he was very informative and reviewed our test results for air and heater systems. He even changed our air filters. I have had the Ambient Edge VIP service for a number of years. The technician that did my AC check this year, Rafael Rodriguez, was the best I have had to date. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He checked each of the two systems, over time a number of screws on the AC units had been lost, he replaced all of them, including on the fan in one of the units, the vibration that has been building up was almost completely eliminated. He also completely cleaned the units; they almost looked like new. I certainly hope I will have Rafael for any future maintenance or repair, and I will be asking for him by name when booking upcoming appointments.

Louie Navarrete was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new toilet and took the old one away. Great service.

I called to see how much a service was for tightening a nut. The guy said if I joined it would be $19. & No other charge. When Rick got here he called someone that said $ 350. I think it was. I told him I can't pay that for this, my neighbor would have done it. But I don't like to bother people.
R ick was vary sorry. He said I could sign a form that I didn't want it done. He was so sweet he left, then came in and tightened the nut. I want to let you know I had already told the man on the phone what the problem was and he said I would not be charged. It wasn't Ricks fault it was so mixed up. He did a good thing and seems like areally great guy. Someone to be comended. I have run into three people in the last 2 months that just take my money, do a crappy job and run.

Blaine identified several problems with our plumbing and in half a day corrected them all, including our hot water heater flushing. Installed a new expansion tank; replaced frozen and leaking valves. We appreciate the cost-saving parts he acquired for us. Very courteous. Put everything back the way he found it.

Rafael has serviced my unit a couple of times now. He’s very knowledgeable about his craft and takes the time to explain why he recommends the things he suggests. His services today were part of a maintenance package I purchased when I had my unit replaced this last fall.
