Even though Sears says they do refrigerator repair they don’t work on larger built in units. This is an unfortunate change since they’ve worked on my units before

I had to pay $75.00 for the technician to tell me he cant do anything to fix the refrigerator I need to buy a new one even though it still works well.

Company sent from Home Warranty; Service man was late, arriving in the evening…I felt rushed, he was not thorough and issues were misdiagnosed (as this was a second opinion).

William was great but, the service no showed 4 times. Once William got there, everything went great.

Please stay far away from Sears for appliance repairs. They are absurdly expensive and will keep you waiting all day. Over $600 to fix one small part on my freezer. And I sat at home all day and waited. You can’t even get a human being on the phone when you call- it’s all an automated run around. Awful company to do business with. The tech was fine but even he said “we’re the most expensive in town”. Do not go through Sears. Way way way overpriced.

No one showed up for the appointment to replace the air conditioning until. The appointment was for 1-5 Aug 14. Instead of someone showing up, I received a bill and a how did we do survey! Do better!

The tech was knowledgeable, professional & respectful. Too bad my parts are back ordered
