These people should not be in business!
They are the biggest thieves and dishonest. Keep an eye out for the service charge per hour that they start counting from the time they leave their facility and not when they get to you. Not only that, they take hours trying to fix a problem because they don’t know what they are doing so you hourly charge is sky rocketing too. The same service of cleaning the ice machine I got charged $800.00 while the other company only charged me $180.00. Everything they charge is crazy expensive! Be aware to be robbed if you hire them. A very honest good company I use is ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES

Good on hot side ovens, combined ovens, stove tops, have many OEM parts or can get in 2 day.

Cold side (walk ins,.reach ins etc) have techs to do this side as well

Man, I'm so upset Hi Tech purchased Commercial Appliance out here. I stopped using Hi Tech for constant billing issues and service issues. They always seem to overcharge on labor then competitors, sometimes twice as much. I am currently having an issue with a cooler in my commercial kitchen. I have an estimate for $1700 to just charge the Freon. The Freon itself is $110. The labor associated with the Freon/Refrigerant service is 9.75 Hours at $1326. The other amounts are for random 'parts, fees, freight'.

This is a $600 job, max. I called to ask questions about it and my answers were not able to be address and they were not able to explain to my why there wasn't any scope of work on the estimate.

Check your labor hours and monitor the tech to ensure honest and proper billing. Good luck on that though.

I wouldn't trust them with anything, these guys don't even know how to park a van.

Service technician, Vladimir, arrived and immediately diagnosed our refrigerator. He was very informative and took his time assessing the issue. Provided a handful of recommendations and preventative maintenance tips. His company communicated really well on when they would arrive. I would highly recommend their services!

My washer suddenly quit working properly, it continued to run, I had to unplug it, George came to look at it and immediately knew what the problem was (defective control panel) he ordered the correct part and when it came in 5 days later, he installed it within 20 minutes. My hero

They worked with my schedule and got my Hisense fridge cooling again. Reasonable time to service, i am pleased with the repair. I think the technician was Sammy or Sunny can't tell, but he was proffesional and efficient with his time.
