Worst service guys ever way overpriced no parts ever Tech couldn't even figure out what was wrong do not call them they are a rip-off
-
Don't waste your time and money. This company is a scam. Their tech guys are fly by night "professional" people. Don't be fooled by their promises.
-
Driving a company vehicle on a closed day and can’t do the speed limit. Wild

$900 for the repair technician to change out a gas hose on a single fryer, which took 4 hours. We will be taking our business elsewhere, that's just totally unreasonable.
-
Whenever I have a problem they come out and seem to have the part on hand. Simple same day repair and I'm back in business. The techs are always nice, clean and friendly.
-

I purchased a commercial refrigerator for a bar in my home. It was a great idea at the time until it needed service, I spent 2 months contacting over 34 appliance repair companies in the LV valley
attempting to find some one who would service a commercial refrigerator in a residence. I finally found Hi-Tech appliance repair, they do not do much residential service but after speaking with Billy & Ashley they worked it out to send a Tech to my home. It is unfortunately unusual today to find a company that practices true customer service, they did what they said they would, when they said they would for the price they said they would do it for. True customer service -
Do not call these guys, and especially do not give them your credit card number. We've been charged over $8,000 for an oven to be down for two weeks and they don't sent invoices. Stay away from this company.

Guy on the phone in Reno was gruff, short, unhelpful. The service of the tech was poor. Looked like he had a real rough drug history and was very hard to follow, understand. They charge lots of labor for a little work. The tech the provided the estimate was 'in case' he needed more labor. Of course, that was used and he just hung out most of the day diddling around.

I don't normally write reviews, high-tech used to be one of the better repair shops here in town. But the last 6 to 8 months has made me decide to go with another company.
I just can't get them to come out to my restaurant. Every time I schedule an appointment no one shows up. Every time I called back to ask why no one showed up they tell me oh we're sorry will have somebody out there today, and then no one shows up. That to me is lying. If you cannot make it out I expect you to tell me. Don't tell me you're going to be there if you're not. After three missed scheduled appointments this week the lady in the service department told me she guaranteed I would have a technician out today even if she had to have the overtime technician come out and they wouldn't charge me the overtime. I thought great it'll finally get fixed. But surprise! No one showed up. I can only hope they get their service department back together. For as much as they charge I should never have an issue -
Fraud people! Beware! They saved my credit card from prior service two months ago, without my permission. and when i called them to schedule service, they never told me the service charge or gave me the appointment. The tech showed up without setting time next day at my business when business was closed. They called me that tech is there at the business, I told them the appointment was never setup so the technician has to come back later and set time so I can be there. The technician showed up later, again without appointment and made my employee signed the permission to order parts, to which my employee refused but then the technician forced her to sign saying he really need that paper signed before he leaves without telling her any charges even upon asking. The next minute my credit card is charged without the diagnosis, without my knowledge, and no communication what so ever.
I complained the office and they said the technician is gonna call me back and explain. When technician called, he totally admitted that everything that was done by the office from not setting up appointment, to keeping the card on file without authorization and money will be refunded as he is going to talk to his office. later when i called back the office, they were rude told me they will not refund my card and on top that they can not understand me because I have an accent. I have been living in USA for past 20 years, not once I had any one tell me that they are having trouble understanding me. Simply Fraud company! They Saved my credit card on file without my permission and charged without my permission.
