Devon, the repairman replaced my refrigerator ice maker and was prompt, very easy to talk with and very professional in every respect. I not only would recommend Appliance Repair Experts but Devon as well. All the office staff I spoke with were also very professional.

Technician stopped by the same day I called. I had parts ordered and Carl retuned a few days later for the repair. He completed in less than an hour. Very happy with response time and service. I actually used them 8 yrs ago for the same service, so 8 yrs of working was a good run for my fridge

Great service. Was informed by the repair man of two possible problems with my washing machine. Quoted two prices. Ended up being the simplest and cheapest!

Our repairman verified his time of arrival at our home. Very presentable, courteous knowledgeable regarding our repairs needed. 100 times better than anyone we have used in the past 20 years. Oh, he actually arrived in a van to do work and not a car with some little tool bag.

I needed a natural gas to propane conversion on my gas dryer. I called Appliance Repair Experts to do the work. Best money spent! They are experts in their field. The dryer had to be dismantled considerably. They new exactly how to proceed and accomplished the task in short order. I highly recommend this company. Pricing was reasonable.

The folks at Appliance Repair experts did a great job fixing my dryer. Billy came by Wednesday at noon, in a noon to 5 window. Evaluated the problem, gave me a price. The parts came in Thursday, he was here early Friday, before noon. Fixed it up within 30/40 minutes. Dryer working quiet and like new. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I am delighted by the way Darrel, the technician took care of my gas dryer. The cost of the repair was reasonable at 240.00 for the heating unit. It didn’t take him long to solve the problem. Also advised me to have the lint busters to come by so I couldn’t blow out the new part which was just installed. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and assistance to help me since this is my first experience with appliance repair. Also I love that whirlpool duet unit.

Quickly identified and addressed the leaking from my washing machine. The source of the leak was a torn boot on the front loading washer. They had the part installed the following day.

After dealing with ADA Repair and their bad policies and even worse attitudes. I Found Alliance Repair Experts on Google and gave them a try. They came out the same morning I called and had my Fridge fixed within an hour. Great service and a friendly tech...who knew that still happened!!!!!
