I loved the work Marcus did.
he looked up the information needed, the amount of time it would take to do the work and the part needed.
he told us the part might be in on Monday but probably on Tuesday and sure enough it came Tuesday just as he said.
he came and worked on it and it took about an hour and a half and he was done and the job was perfect.
I appreciate the work he did very much I highly recommend him.
if you need the work done he is very professional and did the job well. I am pleased

Marcus is the worst service i ever had!!! He came to fix my diswasher, charged $160 to reroute the pipe under the sink. I asked him how long is the warranty and asked him to send me payment receipt, he said 45 days and never send me receipt. Right after he left i found water leaking from the pipe he just fixed. I called and text him multiple times in few days he never answer! What a scam!!! Very irresponsible person!! Avoid him at any cost!

Not only did it take the repairman, Marcus A Month to fix an ice maker (not convinced its fixed) but he comes into my home , does not wash his hands and takes food out of my freezer. I contacted the business multiple times during the month wait and did not receive an update. Finally on the day the BBB complaint was responded to he calls and advises that the "part is in and he gained approval from my warranty company to complete the repair." The approval had been processed the 2 weeks prior. Absolutely insane. He was reading instructions in front of me while he was supposed to complete the repair.

excellent company and very efficient, friendly, professional, and amazing service. Best price in town also, called for my refrigerator who had a problem and he diagnosed it and told me what to do on my own, so saved us money then looked at microwave and fixed that in an efficient matter!! Very caring company will use them from this day forward , Thank you Peter!

They came out the same day to diagnose and were able to have my washer fixed within a week. I also got a quote from the company that Samsung recommended and they came in $75 more. Friendly, responsive, and professional I would definitely recommend.

I've used Appliance Savers twice in the past few years for dryer and most recently refrigerator. Both times they advised me on the most inexpensive and efficient way to handle the repair. Quick response each time out on the same day. Nice guys, friendly, courteous, quick and genuinely seem happy to help.

Honestly, I can't believe there aren't more reviews on here. Appliance Savers did an amazing job. I called late on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a broken dryer. They came out first thing Wednesday morning. They had it fixed and running within an hour. Great service. The price was fair and even less than I expected.

Peter came yesterday to assess what was wrong with our Samsung refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it fast. He clearly knows his stuff. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and how he was repairing it. Also Peter was very communicative with arrival time, even called 30 minutes prior when he was on his way. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Today, I got my Refrigerator broke. I called to the Appliance Savers. They were able to help me at the same day despite the fact that it Friday! Peter was very professional, he find problem fast and was able to fix my refrigerator within single visit! Have used Peter with Appliance Savers twice now, once for my dryer and once for refrigerator. Both times they were extremely responsive, timely, honest, and fair. It can be so hit or miss with contractors that you find online but this is a company I will use for life and I would be so happy to recommend to anyone.

So we had a leak identified in our dishwasher and looked online for repair videos. I threw in the towel, and my wife suggested we call this repair company that fixed our washing machine around thanksgiving a few years ago. Well they didn’t do dishwashers, but the company we ended up going with after calling around that did, they sent Peter. He was the same guy that we were trying to get back out here, but that old company didn’t do dishwashers. How excited were we when he shows up and now he’s working with Appliance Savers! I can’t tell you how many websites and stores we shopped around and almost bought a new dishwasher today. They had a same day appointment and fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes. I had a great experience with Appliance Savers. My refrigerator was not working and they came out within a few hours of my call. He had all the parts with him to make the repair and was very knowledgable. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price ( he also replaced my broken light bulb at no charge). I highly recommend this company and will refer them to my friends.

I had great experience with Appliance Savers. The tech was on time. He was super nice, took care of the issue quickly leaving no mess. The price for a fridge repair was fair. He explained me everything that he was doing, in case I had any questions. It's clear he knows his stuff.

I'll definitely be calling them again for any future appliance issues.

They were very professional and punctual. My fridge was only cooling to 60 when I called them, now it is back in the 30s. I would definitely recommend them.
