This company was very responsive. Was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. Peter the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was thrilled that he was able to repair my dryer on the spot, with the necessary part in his truck. Absolutely recommend them with no hesitation.

My old Kenmore washing machine was banging and needed to get fixed. I called them Friday afternoon, Peter and a fellow tech came out and diagnosed the issue (all 4 drum shocks/springs were bad), and they ordered the parts letting me know it might take up to 5 days. It took less than two. In and done expertly within an hour. I paid ⅓ of the cost of a new washer. Worth every penny. Would recommend or call them again if needed.

Appliance Savers has now saved the day twice for me. They fixed my washer previously and my dryer today. They have able to schedule me for the next day both times and Peter was prompt, professional, and did great work! He explained the issue and demonstrated what part was the problem, and gave a fair estimate for my approval prior to the fix. I have been very pleased with the outcome both times. My Maytag 3000 set is at least 15 yrs old and may last several more years now, saving me from having to buy a new set today or in the near future. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to let everyone know how terrific Appliance Savers is. I had a problem with my dishwasher not draining and after trying a bunch of things, was prepared to purchase new one.

I called Appliance Savers at 8am and spoke with Rebecca. She was terrific, very understanding and promptly sent Peter (tech) out to my home within a couple of hours. Peter arrived on time and after disassembling a few things, he was able to make the repairs, good as new. I want to leave this review because this company helped me a lot. My refrigerator stopped working. It happened while I was away from home for three days. Of course, all the groceries went bad. I called several companies looking for help. After reading reviews about Appliance Savers, I decided to give them a call. And it was the right decision. They were able to send a technician to me at the following day. Peter called me in advance and showed up right in time. He checked my refrigerator and immediately understood what was the problem. About an hour later, my refrigerator started working. From the first minutes, it was clear that Peter knew what he is doing. He worked very professionally, connected the refrigerator, returned it to its place and cleaned everything around. Great quick service. Saved us from having to buy a new washing machine. My washer didn’t spin and end up full of water. I wasn’t even able to open the door and get the clothes out. I called three different companies and no one could come the same day. Imagine leaving clothes soaking in the locked washer for couple days! I usually prefer companies with lots of reviews but this time decided go ahead with somebody who can come the same day. My luck I called Appliance Savers. First of all the technician came in a few hours. He was in time and called me 30 minutes prior to the arrival. Did the job neat with no troubles cleaning for me at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed me how to clean filter to prevent this from happening again. They also provided me with repeat customer discount after all.
