I highly recommend appliance repair experts. I was going to buy a new refrigerator but decided to give a repair a shot. The person I talked to on the phone to set up appointment was very nice.I called late in the afternoon and Ernie arrived on time the next day. Ernie did a great job. He clearly explained his assessment. It could’ve been a couple things but Ernie was pretty sure it was the fan motor that was the issue. He replaced the fan motor and the refrigerator is running great! The other thing I liked was they gave me a time window when he would arrive but Ernie called me when he was 30 minutes out and on his way. So I didn’t have to sit at home and wait. My experience was great and saved me a lot of money.I highly recommend Ernie and appliance repair experts.

I gave this company a three because my dishwasher still isn’t fixed. The first time they came out was to fix my washer. Great Job extremely professional. The first I turned on my dishwasher air gap was the problem and the tech fixed it. Then my dishwasher started to leak from the unit. The tech came to fix it but never took my payment. Although almost a month later I got a call asking for one and my dishwasher still leaks. Although the bill has been paid, I’m still stuck with a broken dishwasher. (Shrugs)

The guy did a good job and was able to replace my dryer belt at time of consultation, but charging $59 for a belt I could order on Amazon for $10 and then $230 for 30 minutes of labor is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not blaming the worker as he was just doing his job. In fact, he even offered a $20 discount off the original $315 quote. He was in and out in 35 minutes, from coming to my door to when he left after completing the job. I appreciate the quick job he did. However, I will not be using this company again. I can’t believe what they charge for this quick service.

Great service. Quick service very polite abd professional from everyone involved, setting up the appointment they were on time quick to identify problem and quick to make needed repairs.

Great service at reasonable prices. Billy came out and diagnosed the problems and ordered parts. I was surprised how quickly the parts came in and the follow up repair took place. Highly recommend them for service.

Appliance Repair Experts did a fantastic job getting my refrigerators ice maker and water dispenser working properly. Nick was very knowledgeable and performed some tests to troubleshoot the problem and determined that the new water valve that I’d installed was defective and causing the current problems with the ice maker not filling up but instead pouring water out of the water dispenser when the ice maker was trying to fill. They were professional and accommodating to my schedule to return to replace the defective valve with a new one, which solved my problems and enabled me to get my kitchen back in order. I’m a do it yourselfer most of the time but when I get stumped on how to get my appliances working I will turn to Appliance Repair Experts and recommend them to anyone that needs their appliances repaired.

My 15 year old whirlpool duet dryer went out the circuit board blew. Could not be replaced as it has been discontinued. Nick from appliance repair experts repaired the board. All new again! A fast honest and reasonable repair. highly recommend and will use them again for future

Devon showed up on time and diagnosed the problem fast. He had the parts on the van so we had our dryer fixed within an hour-

Had a LG washer that stopped draining so I call and they showed up in time diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the part. He asked if he could come back next morning since it was to late run to warehouse so he showed up on time and replaced part writhing one hour. I got credit for the service call care from the day before and applied it to total.

I can highly recommend Appliance Repair Specialists!! Our repair man Devon was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He repaired our dryer at a reasonable price and it was a pleasure having him here. Thank you so much. We have a new Appliance repair company who can be trusted.. 😃👍🏻

Good Honest Hard Work at a great prices. I let them know that I have no immune system rn & if they could wear a mask if they feel a little cold or something. He didn't feel sick but still wore a mask anyways. which gave me great relief. Parts had to be ordered and they arrived quickly. Everything was done quick. Washer is as good as it was before. Washer/dryer repair. Asked for an appointment this morning, got a call within 1/2 hour, repairman, Devin, arrived just after 1:00. Didn't need much, & he was very honest about that. Explained & showed me everything clearly. Very happy I didn't use a 'handyman' for a change. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Unbelievable service. New Year’s Day tech showed up. Called before arrival. Fixed leaking refrigerator and had valves on hand. Second time in four years I used the company. I would highly recommend and fee was reasonable.

On his first visit, Billy quickly identified the problem with our dryer. On his second visit, he was able to clear the problem, which was a clogged bent and not the dryer iteself, easily. Our dryer now works great and it was a quick and easy diagnosis and repair!

My refrigerator was making a seriously loud clunking noise! After calling around for a repair with no luck, i stumbled upon Appliance Repair Experts!! Your technician Nick came out and assessed the problem, it was the evaporation fan motor in the freezer, and there was ice on the fan itself which stopped the fan all together, which basically shut down the refrigerator. Also there was a problem with the fan voltage. Nick suggested that i could replace the motor, but after taking off the ice, he did get the fan and the motor again. I told Nick I would rather have a brand new fan motor with good voltage installed so i would not have to worry about the refrigerator not working if i kept the original fan motor.
The fan motor had to be ordered and afterna slight delay, Nick came this morning and installed the new fan motor. My refrigerator now runs properly.
I would use this company again for my appliances. There was great communication, no hard sales, reasonable prices and excellent work. I have a warranty for the part and labor!! I am very happy with the service i recieved today.

Technician came out the day I called, diagnosed the issue quickly. He gave good instructions on how I could deal with the warranty of the compresser. He came out two days later and repaired my refrigerator. Devon was are tech and did a super job! I will put Appliance Expert Repair in my contacts and call on them again.

He was the nicest serviceman I have ever had the pressure of. Came in polite, then right to work. Then showed me how my ice maker worked, how to take out the glass shelf. After 4 years it's now clean. He was super great 5 stars for sure.

I called a technician to repair my GE front-load washer and asked for an estimated repair cost before scheduling the visit. I was told it would likely be around $150–$200. However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone.

If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee.

This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision.

For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.

Couldn't speak English and they just wanna charge you a come look at fee !!! And he doesn't still no anything wrong he had phone Googling I can do that ,but doesn't have a clue what's wrong Gas man has more since of what's wrong these guys could get shot!!!!!! False and uneducated!!!!!
