Outstanding service! They went above and beyond to repair my LG washer and dryer quickly and efficiently. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. My appliances are running like new again! Highly recommend their service!

Sadly I've received terrible service and cannot recommend this company . It's been difficult dealing with them to get my ice maker repaired. This is a warranty repair, paid for by the manufacturer and the company offered me a make shift option to keep it running.

I've been waiting 30 ish days for the repair only to find out they didn't order all of the correct materials. They still tried charging me $250 for extra silicone that the manufacturer does not advise using.

Finally got an appointment to have it repaired and was greeted with a hostile phone call. They said we are less than 5 minutes away are you home? I was around the corner almost home and they said we cannot wait. So I've waited a month to get this repair and they were too bothered to wait for me to get there within 10 minutes. When I brought this to their attention they didn't see this as an issue. They also said they had 5 more jobs today and wouldn't be doing mine.

Needless to say I've contacted the manufacturer and let them know about the behavior of the company and requested a reputable repair company.

The hostility of the person calling in unnecessary especially since I've been the one waiting.

I had an amazing experience with Kitchen Appliance Service LLC! My ice maker suddenly stopped working, and they were able to schedule a service appointment super quickly. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and had my ice maker up and running in no time. They explained everything clearly and even gave me tips on maintaining it to avoid future issues. Fast, efficient, and excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Vladimir diagnosed the issue with my washer, ordered the new piece right away and installed it within a few days. Quick service, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I purchased a dishwasher from Costco.com and it comes with free delivery, installation, and haul away. Mobile Construction is the company they assigned for the install and haul away. They had to come to the house twice, but that was 100% Costco's fault. What Costco doesn't tell you when you order a dishwasher from them is that a logistics company will deliver it and then the contractor they hire will come and install and haul away. When Corbin and his assistant from Mobile Construction arrived the first time, I showed them where the kitchen was and they asked where the dishwasher was. I said I thought they were bringing it because I certainly didn't have it. That's when I learned that for dishwashers, Costco does it differently than they do for washers and dryers, which I just bought a few months prior from Costco.com. I apologized that they wasted their time to come out and then I began the long process of dealing with Costco's customer service, which is usually superb, but it was horrible in this case. Well, I finally got the dishwasher delivered and then had Mobile Construction come out and they were amazing friendly, polite, efficient, and professional. Their communication was amazing, especially since I kept getting the runaround from Costco. On top of all of that, I found out that Costco was supposed to deliver a dishwasher power cord when they delivered the dishwasher, but of course they screwed that up too. Fortunately Corbin had one on his truck. He and his assistant were in and out in less than an hour and we have a newly installed dishwasher that looks great. Although I didn't have to pay them for their service since Costco handled that, i would not hesitate to call Mobile Construction if I need to hire someone for appliance installation in the future. Thank you guys for all you do.
