Service is always prompt, professional, and thorough. I have had the privilege of working with this team for a few years and it's always been a great experience. Special shout-out to Kris Levine in the parts department. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, accurate, and quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone in need of foodservice equipment repair. They have a great team and provide top-notch customer service.

T-24 is always there for me and my team. Great work, attention to detail, and an overall great experience time and time again. Dispatcher Kelly Hill is Specifically who I deal with the most and she does an amazing job. She single handily has solved multiple headaches for me and my team. This branch is truly lucky to have Kelly around and I am so thankful I get the pleasure of dealing with her on a weekly basis. Thanks for all that you do Kelly! Your hard work is much appreciated.

WARNING! DON USE THIS COMPANY!
I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible company. Doesn't appear to know his job and won’t return calls or text. It’s been almost two weeks with no communication. My home warranty company has to reassign someone else as he won’t reply to them either.

They showed up once to check the issue I was having and didn't know what to do. They came a second time and told me the problem was with the ice maker. Promised to send me a quote on replacement and never did. They do not respond to my phone calls or messages. Totally unprofessional. I intend to file a claim with Small Business Administration as well as with the credit card they charged.

DO NOT DO IT!!! MARCUS IS SCAMMER!! He was supposed to come and fix my refrigerator because it wasn't cold he came late and do not bring the part that was so called going to fix it. Couple days later the freezer stopped working buy cold and I called and I left multiple texts and he never answered nor did he leave a receipt avoid this man at all costs if I could give zero Stars I would he is an absolute disgrace.
