Igor came promptly on Sunday at 9am within an hour of my call to their dispatcher. My 4 yr old Samsung fridge was not cooling and freezing normally and after about 2 hrs of comprehensive cleaning and testing of all components, it was fixed and back operating normally.

Igor is absolutely wonderful! He made sure everything was perfect with our washing machine before he left. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, we didn’t have to wait long for Igor to arrive. He was able to identify and resolve the issue very quickly. We will definitely call them again if/when we have issues with any other appliances!

We really had a great experience with Appliance Repair Doctor, sir Igor was really helpful and very thorough explaining the issues and process how to repair our washer, as soon he got the parts needed for our washer he gave us a call and in 20 minutes he was able to come and continue working to fix our washer. The service was excellent. Took the time to explain the problem and showed me what needed to be done. The work was done promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a repair and I would use this company again if I had a problem.

Had a call in waiting on the repairman to call back. Got a call instead saying that they will not do the call because I had shared with them that I had already replaced a part previously and decided to have an expert diagnos and repair it after my failed attempt. I would not even recommend wasting your time calling this company. The lady on the phone said a wire could have been crossed etc, which I would hope that any serviceman would be smart enoug to check anyhow.

6 visits, 1 new ice maker, and no ice! Hours of service calls. The last visit lasted over 2 hours as SDS repair person consulted schematics and called his office. Because I have Reverse Osmosis installed by Best Water Treatment and after the 6th service call, I called Nate at Best Water Treatment to look at the problem. By using a bicycle pump he moved the psi from the water source from 20 to 40 (now a correct PSI) AND using my hair dryer he unfroze the ice from the source inside the ice maker. For the very first time, after 6 visits and 6 months - I have ICE!!!! I also have a $450 new icemaker from Same Day Service that NEVER worked. Did I really need a new ice maker?????? The problem was LOW PSI and frozen water intake, repaired using a bicycle pump and hair dryer!! Yes to Best Water Treatment in Las Vegas and NO to Same Day Service Co.

Found Same Day based off their good rating with the Better Business Bureau. Had them come out to repair the oven for our tenant right before Thanksgiving. Our tenant had to work around their work schedule and Same Day was able to accommodate on show on time.

I have used Same Day Service for over 10 years and 3 houses! They have come each time and were extremely professional, prompt, and they fixed my appliances. I actually get the same repair guy, Bill, almost every time. He's awesome! I just gave my friend these guys for her house!
